Rally Point Palm Beach has destroyed my family all in the name of making a profit. They convinced my partner he was receiving a scholarship therefore manipulating him into abandoning the treatment plan we already had in place, blocking all access to his family even though we have releases, and ultimately holding him against his will since if he knew he had insurance there’s no way he’d be at a facility that’s only been open for a year, has an untrained staff and is located in a bad alley of a seedy Palm Beach industrial park. This facility needs to make money so badly they will stop at nothing to retain a client with a good policy even if it means jeopardizing the long term sobriety chances of the client, the lives of their family members, and any personal integrity. It is clear no member of this establishment has ever practiced the principles of an AA or NA program of recovery and its these types of institutions that are destroying the city that I was born and raised in - the staff is comprised of failed rehabbed transplants and is owned by a man who has no sense of personal integrity.
These hardly legal, patient brokering practices are taken very seriously and it won’t be long until they face serious consequences for what they have done to my partner and my family. Dealing with them has been the worst experience of my entire life and will end up costing my partner his life.
