they treat their employees like garbage,, they care nothing for years of loyalty and service,, they use people till they are old and worn out then replace them with younger cheaper workers.. To begin with, they build waterfalls on the pool using rock that is slowly disintigtating. We collect 2-3 cups of sand in the pool vaccuum weekly.
The plaster in the hot tub started getting large radiating cracks in it after 1 year. Said warranty doesn't cover this so had to pay $1,000 to replaster hot tub.
Over the course of 3 years, FOUR motors have blown on the pool. So far all covered under warranty but, that ends completely next month. I've told them this isn't wired right as 4 pumps in less then 3 years is rediculous. Their response was I could pay to have an electrician look at it.
One of the waterfalls had a major leak. Again, I had to pay to have someone fix it. Less then a yar later, same waterfall is leaking a massive amount of water yet again.
It is unbelievable that Rainy pool can remain in business with the poor level of customer service they provide. The two women in the league city location are rude, not helpful and drive customers away. I hope my message gets out to all that are choosing a pool company to run, run as fast as you can to a different company. You will be frustrated and no one in management even cares. Such a sad state of affairs that it is allowed to continue.
