This company offers swevice to send "rained out" texts to people on your team, club or class list. I tried to close the account and get the remaining money refunded after closing down group. I got an email stating I had a balance of $23.00 remaining. As soon as I asked for a refund of the balance via email I got an email every day for 6 days in a row showing my balance as smaller each day. I wrote to the company after getting each one of these emails and out of 6 emails to the company from me I got one email response stating the case has been sent to customer support. I continued to get balance notices until my balance was completely used up every day and no one ever got back to me but they did give me a "case number". I wrote them a final email telling them They could keep the 23$ but I would be posting info online about their company as they are totally ignoring their customers and taking their money even after the customer asked to close the account and refund. It was additionally annoying to get the emails showing how each day they were making my balance smaller and smaller each day when I had already cancelled the service and asked for a refund. Warning! I do not believe there are any humans running these companies. I think some one set it up on an automated format to just collect money! TOTAL RIPOFF AND TOTALLY ANNOYING!
