Mr. Rosario purchased a white iPhone 5s from me though ebay on 11/29/17.i shipped the item to him while the payment from PayPal was pending. It was delivered to him on 12/7/17. Then, a couple weeks later the payment from PayPal was canceled. He then deleted his account so I have no way of contacting him and I am unable to file an unpaid item claim with eBay.
