I ordered the free trial of skin cream. I recieved the skin cream along with eye serum that I never ordered. After the month pasthma I got another shipment of creams. And again. I looked at my credit card statement and realized they are charging my card every month. There is no address to return product. I never gave permission to charge my credit card for anything.
I was offered to try Radiant Skin serum for only $4.95. 2 weeks later they charged my credit card $94.95 for so called subscription I signed while paying for the serum. Let's be honest: most of people do not have time to read all those terms and conditions to the end. And the Doctor Oz is taking advantage of the busy people like you and I. Shame on them. This all has to stop. I do not know what legal actions I could take. But I know for sure that Dr. Oz should stop playing his subscription games, and should let people know how much he is charging for his products actually.
Radiant Skin offers a free 30 day sample size of their serum. For a small shipping and handeling fee. They package that with a 2nd product Luscious Youth Anti Wrinkle cream as well. What I was shocked to see was 2 charges the following month for $94.95 for Radiant Skin and $89.95 for Luscious Youth.
Here's where the fun starts:
The samples keep coming. There is no information included with the packing slip as to any "charges" associated with the trrial size products. The company claims to email and call you.. There were no calls and the email is just a photocopy of the packing list with no price information/ charge information nothing.
Upon calling the company (s) (2 different ones) to cancel and explain my shock.... they told me... "You signed up for it and clicked a box and all prices are located on our website. Sorry. "if you try to dispute the charges you will lose... we will only issue you a courtesy credit of 50% of your last charge." When I explained that these tactics seemed a bit "shady" the response was... "take your chances with VISA or take my offer but we win 100% of the time and by the way if you take my offer, you need to sign a settlement document." Better yet- the attitude of the 3rd party boiler room customer service supervisor was arrogant, rude and unapologetic. Needless to say... I am opting to work with VISA.
My advise- stay away from these products. If they don't stand by their products and offer full unconditional refunds for unopened products and need to utilize deceptive practices which mask the facts of what you are being charged for and why (especially at those ridiculous prices)... they don't deserve your business.
I was offered a free sample of a new revolutionary skin cream to try out for only the shipping charges of $5.97 and also for an eye cream for the same shipping charges. Both actually arrived in the same package, so shipping charges should only have applied once. Both products were offered on a regular basis around $34 each on the internet site.
However, only 14 days later I was charged $89.97 and $85.97 on my credit card. I did not notice the charges until my next visa bill where I was charged $91.94 and $94.94 again for the same product.
I then contacted my credit card company and with the person from the CC Company we created a conference call between the above company and we were told that I had agreed on the free sample order that after 14 days if I did not cancel the cream, I was going to have automatic shipments going forward on a mothly basis.
Not seeing the initial charges on my credit card, I was charged again the next month when I finally saw it. We were told that the only thing the company was willing to do is to give us a one time 50% discount and nothing else......That was only on the second charges, since I didn't even know about the first charges when we were on the conference call.
A total Ripoff.

I have 2 additional charges on my credit card for sample facial creams. The original charge for the samples was $3.95 and $4.95. I called the company and was told since I didn't cancel within 14 days they charged me $99.95 and $89.95 for 2 sample products that are less than an ounce. They said they would take off 50% of the initial charges if I agreed to continue with the subscription. I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. A likely story. I am now out $188.90. Steer clear of this company. They are a rip off.
I ordered the free Trial sample thinking that that was all that I would receive until or if I agreed to continue with the subscription. This was not the case. I continue to get a monthly shipment of this product, of which I do not want! I tried to find a return address to return this product but was unable to find one. I then just sent it back to the address on the package with the words "Cancel this subscription" all over it, to no avail! I still keep getting it monthly and I am still being charged $100.00 and $4.95shipping every month! I do not want this product, I just want to cancel all shipments immediately!
I am a victim just like all the ones listed here. I have five unopened boxes of this product that I am trying to return to Radiant Skin Care, P.O. Box 25380, Santa Ana, CA 92799-5380. I tried the "Free" sample that was sent to me. It burned my face, causing redness and peeling. I knew I could not use this product. Should I not receive 100% refund, I will contact my attorney. This matter is a scam, and I beg you not to fall for it as I did.
From a Facebook ad, I ordered this product. It was supposed to be a trial, for $4.95. As soon as I placed the order, I realized this was an auto-ship deal, and I would continue to receive shipments -- even tho the ad did not state this. So when the trial product arrived, I refused delivery, then e-mailed them to cancel any future deliveries. They replied by sending me a cancellation #. I thought I had cancelled in enough time. However, 3 days later, my account was debited $94.95! I never received another shipment from them. In addition to not advertising that this was an auto-ship product, the company also never quoted what the full price would be if a customer did not cancel in time. When I called the Customer Care department, I spoke with an unpleasant Team Leader who told me they don't do "trial" products. She said the products I had received were actually my first month's order. I told her many times that the ad specifically stated "trial". She then said since I had not cancelled in time, I could not get a refund. Bottom line is...I received absolutely nothing from them. The only thing they sent me was the trial product, which I refused. They never mailed me anything else! The company stole almost $100 from me.
I ordered off the internet a free sample of Advanced Anti Aging Serum and agreed to pay the $4.95 requested for S&H. What I received was the actual product and charged roughly $99 plus $4.95 for S&H.
I was outraged and immediately called the number on the bottle. I spoke with the rep who said that was the advertised offer. I demanded a refund and they completely refused. I offered to send the unopened product back and they said not an option.
After a long conversation that went back and forth they offered to give me a 50% refund and that was it. I was stuck with the product. I demdanded they remove my CC from their list so I woud not be sent a monthly refill as informed.
Last fall, Radiant Skin advertised free samples of two products on the internet. When they arrived, a third product was included and billed: Vitamin C Serum. I e-mailed Radiant Skin on October 14 asking the Customer Service to take the serum off the bill. They replied that they only sold Radiant Skin, not Vitamin C.
The packages continued to arrive each month. I couldn't find the Vitamin C Serum's maker's number--not in the phone book, at the address--4 South Orange Avenue, #253, South Orange Ave., NJ-- or through the police.
In December I talked to an unpleasant rep for Radiant Skin, who said that as soon as I'd checked that I was over 18 on the order, I had committed to buying, and they couldn't take the packages back.
I wrote again on January 23, asking them to get in touch with the serum makers, since they shared the box the products were sent in. Als, "In light of my letter of October 14, I do not owe you anything for further packets sent in error. Plese refund any monies I have paid." On Jan. 18, both Radiant Skin Customer Service and Luscious Youth Customer service wrote almost identical e-mails, informing me that "your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request."
I have heard similar stories from other people. I hope they have to stop now!
Radiant Skin Serum what a rip off they claim a 14 day trial and bill your credit card on the 14th day even when the product arrives 5 days after the order, rude operators that claim they allways win any dispute and will not provide a refund. Very deceiving practices and their claim is that they are perfectly legal. Operator adde that they get the product for free.

This was one week ago (10-2-2016), Today my bank card was charged $96.95 and $94.95. I never authorized these charges and I need a refund immediately. Please let me know what you can do. I really need my money back asap. Thank you I used my debit card. Ford that count as a credit card?
Agreed to pay mailing charges to receive a free sample of Radiant Luch face Serum. I did receive the product and was billed a reasonable mailing charge. The next month I was billed 94.96 for the sample. I called the number given on my credit card, 877-498-7318. i was told there was fine print that if customer didn't cance within two weeks they would be charged. I couldn't get on the website which they gave me to check this, tryradiantserum.com. However when I asked again for a refund I was given 30% off. They are also sending another sample, promising it is totally free, including mailing.
Ordered sample of creams for 4.95 and then was charged 89.95 for the eye cream and 94.95 for facial serum these charges were not authorized and never got product that was 200.00 dollars that I could not afford to be taken out of my account you don't expect this when the product is being recommended by Dr.Oz
