10/29/18 at 12 AM, I was charged $88.47
Finally, I JUST saw a pending charge on my account for RR EYES REVITAL for $4.95
I remember purchasing one trial offer that I have received. Now, all the rest are shams. I have not received anything else, and when and if another product comes, I will "REFUSED" it and return it to the postperson for return to the company. My bank's policy is that I first contact these people, but I have yet to locate a phone number. I will call the bank tomorrow to ask them to stop payment on anything suspicious that comes through, and change my card number. They are usually helpful and resolve matters of this type. I will pray and remain hopeful as I have been reading other reports. I don't have any money to give away. I am on a very small retirement stipend and I can barely buy food. There must be some way this can be resolved.
If someone has been successful in resolving their mess, please share. Thanks.
After purchasing something from another company on-line, I received a message that I could choose a free gift. I chose an anti-aging cream from Radiant Beauty/Visible Allure. Of course there was a shipping fee which I agreed to pay. I did not see any information about calling and cancelling within a trial period of two weeks or my credit card would be charged an additional fee of $94.95. Of course the trial period is shorter than two weeks since it took over a week to receive the shipment. Before I had a chance to try the cream I noticed two charges from this company (RB/VA) on my credit card of $94.95 and $93.89. I immediately called the company and requested a refund. The customer service person was very reluctant to offer a full refund. She said I could have a 50% refund right away but a full refund could take a long time. I insisted on a full refund and she gave me two return codes to write on the package I was returning. I went to FedEx that same day, May 12, 2017, and sent off the package.
Then the waiting began. I tracked the FedEx package and found out it was delivered to the front desk of the company on May 16, 2017. I started calling their customer service the following month. They claimed that they had not yet received the package. I spoke to a variety of customer sercvice reps during the following year. One actually hung up on me. Finally in March 2018, after I threatened to file a complaint against the company, a customer service rep admitted that they had received my returned products, unopened, and I would be receiving a full refund soon. I never did receive that refund. The last time I called was in June of 2018.
I am furious with the way this company treated me, a typical consumer who complied with instructions to secure a refund in good faith. This is not a reputable company and something needs to be done about them. I am appalled that this product is sold by Amazon. I am writing this today to get some closure. I didn't write sooner because I have tried to forget the emotional stress this has caused me over the past year plus. I no longer expect to get a refund. I resolve to never get hoodwinked again by a "free" offer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I answered an e-mail tauting an anti aging cream; Radiant beauty. For $4.95 I received a Free trial S & H only. Terms of the agreement were hidden or obscured. 14 days later my card was charged $ 94.00. Customer service was rude & refused to refund my money. I can't believe I fell for this scam.
I answered a survey on cvs website; was told i had qualified for free skin care item. Only $3.95 shipping!
Well, by the time the order was placed, they had added to the order until it totaled $15.81. I tried to find their contact info, and saw the outscam. I saw that others had the same problem with allure. I called by credit card company, and they assisted me in contacting allure. I had them cancel the order and process a refund.
This is the same scam that I fell for last year, Just the packaging was changed on the same old crap. They use celebraties you would trust like Oprah, Joanna Gaines, Eva Longoria, Ellen Degeneres and Sandra Bullock who is just perfect. How can products like this be able to sell with false advertising. These scammers should not be able to stay in business as long as they do.
I order a free sample of Radiant Beauty Anti-Aging Cream. I only had to pay 4.95 for shipping and handling. They charged my account for 4 items that I did not order. I was charge for each item.
On 7-5-2017 I called one of the numbers by the charge on my statement. They where able to cancel my subcription and gave me a conformation number.
I thought all was well. Then on 7-27-2017 I was charged 75.96 dollars. I called the number on the statement by the charge.
They had no record of my account and told me I should call the number on the product, due to the fact they had a lot of service centers and they can get all messed up and the wrong number can be put by the charge.
I called the number on the cream. I told them that I had cancei
led my subcription on 7-5-2017. They informed me that I had only canceled one. It was the one I didn't order. I informed them that I was told I had canceled all of them and had a comformation number.
They kept repeating the same thing over and over. I told them I wanted a full refund and they kept trying to give me discounts off future orders of the face cream. It started at 20% and got to50%. Each time I told them no I wanted a full refund.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they had to follow the same company policies. There was no way to give me a full refund due to the policies of the company. Then they hung up on me.
I called back and that person said exactly the same things to the letter. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and then hung up on me also.
I will never order another free offer like this again. I thought because you see this advertised on t.v. and the offer was through my internet company it would be fine.
I was taken! I'm not easily taken. So please don't order from them!
I don't want other people to be taken like this. I didn't have that money to lose.
