Should give RAD fulfillment no stars. All appearances are this is a scam. I ordered and received a trial bottle . That is all I ordered. Now being charged $100.10 along with 2nd bottle. Two emails never answered. Several calls to the 8662624299 phone number during their stated business hours were answered by automatic line telling people to call during their business hours.
I have disputed the $100.10 charge with my creAD dit card co. Now I believe it is time to call BBB; and FL and CA Attorneys General. Urge all to do the same
Rad fulfillment took $100.10 out of my acct without my permission,which caused my acct to be negative,or overdrawn.i dont have money to put in my acct.it was only a sample for $4.95.
On October 23,2017 NaturesNaturals took $4.95 out of my account for a free tiral of CBD Oil and on November 7,2017 they took $100.10 out for another bottle. I sent the bottle back and have been calling them every day since. They will not answer the phone. On December 11,2017, they took another $100.10 out of my account which put me $130.10 in the hole. I just got another bottle and am going to return it also. I do not have the money to pay for this and I want my $200.20 back.

Other complaints on the web mentioned a "call back during business hours" recorded response to phone calls. However, I called the phone # on my credit card statement (1-877-899-7865) and reached a company that apparently serves several clients like RAD. To make a long story short, they cancelled my subscription, and discouraged me from returning the product (including paying for shipping, and waiting for receipt by the warehouse, and then getting a refund minus shipping). Instead they asked me to keep the product, and offered me a 25% refund, which I declined. Then they went to 50% which I also declined. Finally I accepted a 75% refund. So this whole venture cost me $39 for a questionable product, but I'm glad it's over.
Like many other people on this site, I have not only been ripped off by these people, costing me 100's of dollars, because they will not stop charging me. I've tried calling them, and IF they answer, they are rude and will not help.
I suffer from chronic pain, and wanted to try this. I found out that I can't take it because it's flavored with peppermint, which affects my high blood pressure.
My son was having a lot of pain in his back, so I gave him some to try. The company claimed that it was legal in all 50 states, yet it caused him to fail a drug test when applying for a job at Lowes!! And, no, he doesn't do drugs.
So there must be some THC in this oil. They lied, and took my money!!
I'd love to bring a class action law suit against them, if they can be found!

The company did not inculed a phone number to call them and tell them that I didnt want any more as it broke my face out and made me sick .
