Sabrina Corgatelli, an accountant of Idaho State University mercilessly kills endangered animals and posts them on Facebook to taunt and incite people around the world..
Sabrina is a staunch supporter of animal trophy killing. Amidst the tragedy of Cecil the Lion, she displayed and flashed horrific pictures of dead animals on her facebook page. Instead of respecting people, she called them out as weaklings and cowards while bragging these pictures on Facebook. As a student of Idaho State University, I am not happy to see that my university of choice does not take attention to this issue. I believe there are ethical and moral standards that a school should uphold. They should be careful of who they hire because these people represent them. Many students, faculty, and staff members may be offended by their emploee's actions and behavior. With that being said, due to Ms. Sabrina Cortagelli's personal behavior which is totally abhorrent, repulsive and disgusting and her choice of killing endangered animals will tarnish and destroy the school's image in the long run. I also believe that we are judged by the company we keep. Idaho State University will be negatively impacted by their choice to keep Ms. Corgatelli in our school and thereby have a negative image because of this. I am also disappointed that a school like mine supported her actions whether they expressed it or not. In all honesty, the actions of this employee do not conform to the mission statement of the University. The administration needs to publicly state that ISU does not condone the actions of this employee and follow that up by asking her to resign. I am extremely disappointed that Ms. Corgatelli is an employee of my University.
