I called Citizens Disability to question a bill that I received because I personally got all of my medical records, had them signed and faxedd to this company. The first person referred me to a supervisor that would give me the name Rabeen. This very poor excuse of a so called supervisor was rude, condisending and a poor representivie of this company. All he said was just donot pay if I did not want to. He was not willing to lisen to anything I had to say, nor would he give me any information as to who in a position above him. I am yet to find any body I can discuss this matter with either by e-mair or telephone. I would not recomend this ompany to anyone.
