This is a fake debt collection agency that will threaten you with court for a payday loan you did not take out. They will call and harrass family members. They will threaten you with suing you for a debt you did not take out from years outside of the FDCPA limits. They will demand payment imeadiately or they will sue you and it will cost 3000 dollars. Threatening you is a violation of the law and companies like this need to be shut down. They are preying on people and stealing funds.
We have filed a police report. A complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General for our state and will follow up with the State of Georgia.
