Contract stated rock to be laid. We chose mulch instead per recommendation and not enough has been laid down. You can still see landscape tarp. Also stated pop ups to be put in and they are not installed correctly. Also stated to install drain and my husband had to re-dig drain as it was not done correctly. Stated that he would move 4 current bushes. These were well taken care of and very hardy.
He did not transplant correctly and all 4 bushes died. We have contacted him numerous times about this. He promised, in writing, to refund our bush replacement money and correct the pop-ups. He has made excuses about why he hasn't fixed our property. Every time he doesn't show up we get another excuse. We were promised the work be completed in a timely fashion however it took him over a month and it was never completed.
