I ordered the trial offer and was never notified of any cancelation policy. Now I got charged for products that I never ordered. Called the company and raised heck with them. Luckily, I got $100.00 dollars back, most people don't get anything. These products suck. This is nothing but false advertising. Used it and never lost a pound.
This company is a rip off.received second shipment in mail and called quick trim 3 times asked for supervisory was on hold for 10 min. Cancelled future orders. Got 1/2 refund then when they receive product other half minus $19.00 & $18.00 restocking fee. Email didn’t say amount of refund or where to ship.i emailed stating that then sent amounts and address
Like other customers, i was told that i pay the shipping on a trial order. nothing was mentioned about continuing shipments of this product. i just received another shipment that i didn't order. now tell me why would i place another order when the first one hasn't did a thing for me. i an very displeased with this product and only hope that there hasn't been a charge placed against my credit card.
I responded to an ad that said they will send me one month free and only pay the shipping. The ad also said that they would NOT CONTINUE to send me the diet supplements. However, they still send them and charge me $90.00 per month.....SCAM.............

All that came with it was a 1/4 pc of paper as a packing slip. I called 12/8/17 to cancel all future payments/shipments only for this man to tell me at 7:40 am that my account is past the 17 days to get a full refund.
I demanded to speak with a manager or the president but after 6 times requesting to speak to a manager, he finally put me on hold and never came back after a supervisor came on the line and cancelled my account but still charged me the $89.74 that I told her the money will not be in my account as I just file bankruptcy and cant afford this. I want a full refund.
