Sent test strips to this company. They were seven months from expiration date. Their website states that they must be a minimum of 6 months from expiration date, so they should have been accepted with no issue. They paid me half of the value listed at their website, stating that they were too close to expiration date, although they clearly were not. The do not answer phone calls, phone messages or emails. I will never deal with them again and suggest that other do not either.
After I received their submission form and authorization to ship, I sent them 21 boxes. Based on the estimate THEY calculated, I was shorted $120.00. A deduction was taken that I do not have an issue with, but I cannot get them to respond to me at all. I have called 4 times and sent 6 emails. Don't know what to do next!!

The phone number I used was: 1-800-766-9122 and spoke with Sharon Erby. Very pleasant, answered all my questions and eased my mind because this is the first time using this company. Reassured me I should have my money in my paypal acct. by the end of next week if I UPS my order to them tomorrow.

Richard Spillman offers to buy unused, unexpired diabetic test strips utilizing a pre paid USPS shipping label. He does not pay you for them as promised. He only offers excuses that include weather, USPS mail delivery delays, check is in the mail, COVID, short staffing and the customer being rude, irrational, irresponsible and abusive for not paying.
He has close to 1,000 complaints filed with the Southeast Texas BBB against him in the past 3 years.

After 6 weeks from their receipt I began attempting to contact the company. Most of my calls and messages went unanswered until early August when a call was answered. The unidentified woman took my name and confirmed that they had received my test strips. She then said she would pass my concerns on to Mr. Spillman. Now a month later I still haven't gotten a check, nor have I been contacted by the company.
