When you call about cancelling the trial they tell you to return the merchandise using a fake RMA (return merchandise autjorization). The post office does not accept it and wants you to pay to send the unused merchandise back, after you have already paid to receive the product which is a scam to begin with. So many deceitful people now. Jesus should hurry to come back. Blessings to all.
They offered a free trial of 2 of their weight loss products with shipping costs. Then proceeded to charge a ridiculous price for both of them. The product does not even work. I tried to get in touch to send them back but cannot reach them. I then had my charge card take off the amount( they called me to report the scam first). I would send the remaining bottles back but don't know how and I would want them to pay the shipping as I had to pay it for them to send it to me. This is a company that I never want to hear from again.
Was sent product 20 days after fiirst purchase called to get refund and cancel. Did not agree to purchase for $180.00 dollars a month. Took 3 calls to get refund but would be $90.00 in 15 days then reminder minus $37.00 restocking fee when they receive product. Ripoff do not buy
