I was looking for Quick Techies scams as well and found this one. Now in my case i have had to pay$299.99 for a year support and i know i dont have warranty on my computer so i paid them. Its been 9 months no body ever asked me for money or anything seems i will renew my contract with them since i have been happy customers so this review may be right n your case because they tried to sell me some sort of Securities that i denied and i stick with the service contract only. So its you who can play smart what you paid.
Suddenly I had problem to go on the site to pay the bills so on 31 October 2014 I called Dell support. He fixed the problem. He said only 1 call is $89.37 US. On 12 November 2014 I had another problem but asking me to pay $99.99 US and fixed the problem. On 20 February 2015 I called for a problem and asking to pay $160.19 US for unlimited technical support. I called on 19 June 2015 to do a clean-up as he told me around every 45 days and asking me to pay $189.00 US for security software support and another $189.00 US annual support for 1 pc for 1 year.
After I was talking on skype with my sister in Cowansville, Que about this and she said you spend too much and they wnat your money. On 7 August 2015 I went to Best Buy and show all the expenses. He told me this is a scam just looking at the site and more you call more money they want and stop to call. I felt extremely sick. Never I'll call again.
