In 2015 this con-man called Daniel was referred to me, he made me believe that he had access to the credit bureau and can do things to my credit without sending multiple disputes letters
I particular pressed Daniel on this issue and he was reassuring that he had a different way of doing things. he charged me $4k, which I paid into his bank of America account.
As soon as the money was paid, he put out an identity theft alert, on my credit report. I questioned why he was doing this, since I was not a victim of Identity theft, once again he reassured me this was the only way to remove the negative items on my credit report
He kept sending out multiple dispute letters, after initially promising me this was not his strategy and he had backend access to the credit bureau. After over 1yrs of getting rejection letters, I contacted Daniel and requested a refund of my money, he told me to give him more time as he could still me my desired result.
I waited another year and contacted him for a refund and the result promised to me was not delivered, rather he responded by sending me insulting email as being broke and he was not giving me any refund and I could go to hell, He bragged about how he had been at this for 15yrs.
