Saw an ad on line for fast closing no doc type loans for commercial investments. Called and spoke with Mike who told me they close loans in a week. He requested I send some documents about the house I was buying and also send a copy of my credit report. In just a few hours he tells me he talked to his investor and the investor would come and look at the house and talk with me and I would get my check. Sounded too good to be true. I never got a call to set up a meeting with the investor. Then I was told I would have to pay for an appraisal. At first I was told that the investor would do his own appraisal and it wouldn't cost me anything. I'm now to pay money and if the appraisal comes in different I would loose that money.
Sounds like the old classic Bait-n-switch and they make their money off fake appraisals.

Do not deal with this company, it just sounded fishy and unsafe.
I found this company by doing a google search. I called the company, spoke with the owner Mike Robbins. Seemed like a fast, slick talker, made promises that seemed too good to be true. We talked about the loan I needed to purchase an investment property, he talked me into sending him all my personal information and a loan application. The next day he calles and said he has a commitment letter for the entire loan amount ($200,000) and that I should go and put money down to hold the property, which I did.
After several phone calls I could not get Mr. Robbins to return my call. Once I finally got Mr Robbins then he requested I send pictures of the property, I thought that was strange as we already had a letter of committment, but I did anyway. Again a few more days go by and I'm getting worried that I was going to loose the property as well as the money I put down. Mr Robbins never returned any of my calls but I did finally get him on the phone again, now he makes up some story about his investors are having issues making the loan. If this wasn't a done deal based on 1) My Loan Application, and 2) YOU giving a letter of committment, and 3) YOU telling me to put money down to secure the property, then why NOW you tell me its a no deal?
After checking with the Florida Department of Professional Regulation it appears that Mr Robbins and Quick Close Loans LLC are not licensed to make loans. Also a check of state records indicates that Mr. Robbins has done jail time in Volusia County Florida. I'm out about $5,000 as a result of this slick snake, I suggest you don't do business with this company. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

I can easily say that their service, knowledge, expertise and genuine time for you attitude is first class. When my wife says to me' wow, why did that run so smoothly and exactly as expected... you know you've found a winning commercial mortgage broker." I had a million questions and I needed professional information and advice. Gave Mike a call and a few days later had a teleconference with him spending over an hour with me, going over the process and mapping out a plan for me. From that point moving forward, I knew I was in good hands. After that meeting, I would check in from time to time with questions and to give him updates on my progress. He was always very supportive, positive and told me exactly what I needed to do, all with a great sense of humor, too. I have been to many financial advisors and many brokers over my life but have never before felt that they were not just trying to sell me the best product for them. Not at any point in time did I ever have cause to take pause on what Mike at quickcloseloans was recommending to me to help set up a good financial future for my family. His advice and help throughout the process has made the whole ordeal (if you have ever had to get home loans and jump through banks hoops before you will know its an ordeal) and process very painless and easy.
