I purchased a 2004 BMW LI from Quick Cars Dec.22. On Dec. 23rd I ended up having to replace all breaks plus the sensor. When i purchased the car I had out of state license. So I wasn't sure if I wanted to register the car in TN or GA. After the Christmas Holiday I decided to register the car in GA. I called Quick Cars and informed them on my decision to register the car in GA along with the fact that I was unhappy about having to replace all the breaks. The didn't have anything to say about the breaks she only said, she would send me my Title so that I could go ahead and register it. Jan 4th the car window will not let down its making some crazy noise. So I call the dealership they were like a deer in highlights nothing to say but oh I'm sorry that it was working here! So again she says I'm going to mail you your title. I am hating this car at that moment but yet I am waiting to receive the title so I can register the car for my tags. Two weeks passed and still no Title. I called quick cars on Monday again spoke with the same girl and she said that she had it in the envelope but she hasn't had time to take it to the post office (smh) she said that she would send it Wednesday January 21st. Mind you I have until the 22 to get the car registered. I went to the DMV Tuesday the 20th to see if I could go ahead and register the car without the title and was informed that Quick Cars did not put it in the system to be able register the car in GA they still had TN and I called the woman 3 weeks again after Christmas to tell her my decision. I called and she said that I had to come back to the dealership to register my car and that it would be a $49.00 fee plus an additional $39 to transfer the title in my name. When I got to the dealership same day Tuesday she said it would be an additional 5% fee because she didn't have time to take the paperwork to the DMV before Thursday. When I purchased the car they did not tell me about all these hidden fees. When I gave her my credit/debit card she told me it would be an ADDITIONAL. 5% fee just for using my card. I needed up having to pay $761 just to get my freaking tags. On top of all the issues I am having with this car I get ripped off on the registration fees. I haven't had this car a month and I have to replace the battery, regulator in driver's door, lamp lights over my tags and the cars is reporting transmission issue. PLEASE Do yourself a favor and skip this car dealership they do not care about the customers they only want the money. I hate to say it but this is why people do not support black owned businesses!! Lesson learned waste of $10,000 cash!! Plus all the fees I am about to ensue fixing this car!
