QuGenix is a Scam. Was billed $89.71 and 89.77 for trial products. Honestly I read and re-read the information and I had no idea I would be charged this amount and be put on a mailing list to receive more product. When I spoke to the customer service rep today 7/14/17, he was rude and insulting to me and tried cutting me off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I could not. Just so disappointed to be taken advantage of and then treated poorly when trying to resolve the issue. The total amount billed to my credit card as of today is over $200.00 for products that I believed I was paying $4.95 and $3.95 for shipping.
Cristina El Moussa should take her name off this product to save her reputation. They sent me a second package I did not agree to and charged my card $94.66. I told them I did not see that on my screen and did not agree to it. You can see much more on a PC but not everything shows up on a phone. They said they could guarantee me that nothing was wrong with their website and that I did agree to it. I know this is not true because I don't do those things EVER. They were rude, bullying and unhelpful when I called. But they did offer me a 35% discount which means I would only be paying about $60 for something I didn't order and that doesn't work.
After signing up for a Trial bottle of eye & face cream for $4.95, they sent products then charged my credit card for $89.77 for the Trial Offer products 14 days later. It states this in the disclaimer & terms & conditions which are almost impossible to find.
