Placed a large order for a large multiple hospital health care system, paid for by each employee that ordered an item of clothing. Was to have our logo and department on jackets/pull overs as well as employees names and title. Product was extremely late and once delivered the product was noticed to have a severe defect in the spelling of the department itself. Contacted Mr. Elliot who blamed someone else but said he would fix it, he did not and would not return communication. Then once he did he said he could refund our money once he got "paid”, and then ceased any and all communication and blocked us on social media and from his mobile phone. We have contacted a lawyer who has drafted a letter and sent to Mr.Elliot who refuses to pick up said letter.

I would HIGHLY advise against anyone from hiring Queen City Graphic Design/Kevin Elliott to do any screen printing or Embroidery services.

I hired Kevin to print 301 t-shirts for my business and the quality in which they were completed was horrendous. Kevin was very quick to respond for our initial consultation/sales meeting in which we selected the products and pricing. Kevin then delivered the shirts and asked if he could be paid. I was not at the office and should not have paid him before inspecting the shirts, but I trusted Kevin and went ahead and paid him in full. This was just shy of $2,000.

Once I returned to the office and had a chance to inspect the shirts, I noticed many issues with the overall quality of the products delivered.The ink was not printed neatly and was dripped all over the shirts.

The logos were printed crooked on most of them, front and back. The logos on the rear of the shirts were all located at different heights and there was no pattern for any one group of shirts.

Overall, the quality is beyond terrible.

I tried to reach Kevin for several days leaving multiple voicemails with no response. I finally reached him after calling him numerous time within a short time span. He mentioned that he had phone issues and was just leaving Verizon. He informed me that he would stop by that afternoon or the next day and resolve the issue. He informed me that his part time employees did the work and that he did not inspect it before delivering.

I never saw or heard from Kevin for the next week. I then reached out via text after he would not answer my phone calls. He finally responded and gave me the excuse of he was working another job 18 hours a day and that the t shirt business was his side business. He informed me that he would contact me and stop by in the next few days and issue me a partial refund to make it right.

Once again, I never heard from Kevin for a week. I reached back out via text and asked when he would stop by to resolve the issue. No response. Ive sent several messages since and received no response.

This guy was johnny on the spot when a sale was available, but once had issues with his crappy products, he is no where to be found. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Again steer clear of this guy and this so called business.

I wish I could upload pictures to this review to show everyone how bad his shirts really are.

We hired Kevin Elliott to do 35 shirts we provided him with our logo. The logos are printed sideways and off center. When contacting him 5 mins after he dropped them off, there was a issue, he wanted me to identify all his mistakes and let him know. Isn't this something you do as a business owner, prior to delivering the customers product to them incorrectly?? After giving him a week to get back to us, we asked for a refund. He then became hostile and very aggressive in his demeanor. Kevin refuses to stand behind his work or to pay us the 350$ we paid to him to print the shirts. He said he would meet on Friday, but failed to contact as he promised!! Purposely neglecting to stand behind his business!! We placed a total of 3 orders, which there were mistakes on every order. He took 2 shirts for repair and refuses to return them corrected as well from the first 2 orders. Is all we hope is that others don't run into this kind of amateur business conducted by Kevin at Queen City Graphic Design!! APPROACH WITH CAUTION, and get a signed agreement before hiring. Kevin doesn't have quality customer service as the top of his priority.
