Customers beware!!! Stay away from "Poor" Quality RV in Linn Creek, MO!!!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Your brand new RV will most likely be delivered dirty inside and out with multiple flaws and you can plan on having to take it back to the dealership since there will probably be something wrong with it. The sales manager does not know his products and good luck getting him to leave his office to make a sale in the lot. The sales manager accepts no responsibility for anything once he has received your money. The repair technicians are sloppy at best. The owners are extremely rude and customer service does not exist, much less customer appreciation.

I can relate to the other customer post on here. I too grew frustrated with Quality RV and their careless ways of doing business. The purpose of this post is to warn and inform other potential customers. I bought a brand new RV at Sloppy Quality RV in Linn Creek this summer with the intentions of using it this summer. I paid for it in full and bought a hitch and several hundred dollars of accessories in their parts store.

After I take my brand new RV home, I open the slide just to find out that a rock from the dealership's lot scratched up and put holes/dents in the floor covering making it look far from new.

I take it back to the dealership and they tell me that this happens all the time and that the damage to my floor was nowhere as bad as the last customer who had the same issue. Service department says they will try to fix it and probably can make it look decent...(decent, not new). No money back is offered.

After waiting almost a month for the repair tech to attempt to repair the deep scratches in the floor caused by a rock from the dealership lot, I was surprised to see such a sloppy and careless attempt to cover up the deep scratches. It actually looked worse and was more noticeable than before they had attempted to repair it.

The sales manager, Jim Noble, could care less...he already got his money and commission for selling the RV and generally has no clue about customer satisfaction. He doesnt even care enough to make sure what size TV will fit in a brand new RV upon customer request.

Jim Noble, Sales Manager, will take zero responsibility for the product he sold you after the sale is complete.
