Upon buying multiple items from this company. I purchased a two year warranty for an item. I informed them of the issue and Mark Griffin of Quality Dental Lab responded "The warranty covers breaking due to normal wear. Once we receive the broken retainer, along with the impression, we will evaluate the retainer and remake it if breakage is due to normal wear." I responded by email saying "It is just loose because I believe it is too small its the one for only the two front teeth you made, so a little wear and tear has loosened it." Mark Griffin followed up switching his stance saying "Unfortunately that is not covered. The warranty only covers breaking or cracking of the retainer.
Teeth may shift during the day over a period of time, resulting in a loose fit.this does not mean the retainer has changed rather your teeth may have moved slightly as is common. You may want to try running the item under warm tap water and squeezing the loose area while you turn the water to cold. This may help.
