My Bentley needed a head gasket and I started shopping for an engine in case I needed one. First I called Quality Auto Parts and a gentleman named Glen claimed they had one for $20,000 and I declined to purchase it knowing that a rebuilt engine cost that much. Two months later, another gentleman from Quality Auto parts left me a voicemail message while I was on vacation and assured me same engine for $15,000. I returned the call in pretext of being a new customer, and Glen took the call. “Yes of course” he said, and it will cost you $9,000 with shipping included. He accepted my partial payment of $7,000 which I reluctantly gave him with a promise to pay the balance in two days before delivery. On the second day I called to make my final payment and another guy picked up the phone and said that particular engine had a crack and he has another one for $15,000. At that point I felt suspicious about the people. These guys are suspicious and a complete joke, I recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Purchased these struts from quality auto on oct 17 2019 never mentioned that these struts were used when i recieved struts on 10/24 i pull out some old greasy struts full of dust and sroken metal on top of strut do not know mileage on these struts nor if where any better than my original struts which ive had on my vehicle for over 2 years which this is my second replacement. Cannot justify being decieved by company who doesn't disclose business operations.

I sent the $250. and waited 3 weeks. When the parts didn't arrive, I contaced them and they doubled the price. I sid fine, send me back my money. A month went by, I called them 3 times and they said they had sent the money to my Chase account. I went to Chase and checked again, the money never arrived. Chase went after them and they never did pay. I got a letter from Chase yesterday and talked with them today. They never sent the money back. I have receipts for everything. They got my money and had no intentions of sending the money back.

Very suspicious

I started looking for a drivers side mirror for my Subaru and got on Part Finder.com. I entered all the info requested and read that someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours. Within minutes of hitting the enter key on my keyboard I am getting a call from a gentleman with a very heavy middle eastern accent by the name of PETER...first red flag, from Quality Autoparts. I was told that the website for Part Finder.com was a reputable site so I'm thinking that Quality Auto parts is too. He tells me that he has exactly what I want but in black and I need a white one. He places me on hold and yes sure enough comes back to say that he has one. He quotes me a price of $130 including delivery and since I haven't taken the time to check pricing from local junk yards, I'm thinking that this is an ok price. I pay through PayPal and call them back because they said that they would only ship it as soon as I gave them the confirmation number. I call back and a gentleman by the name of JOHN answers and yes, with a heavy middle eastern accent again, second red flag. I asked for PETER to give him the confirmation number and JOHN is very persistent and needs the number now........ third red flag. As I'm trying to read it to him he keeps interrupting me saying that I keep cutting out and to repeat what I had said.

After all said and done i researched the pricing of what I was looking for and just as I suspected $65 for exactly what I was looking for. I then googled all thier numbers including 1 (888) 844-3393 and was amazed at the number of people that have been scammed by this company.

BOTTOM LINE .........

Everyone has a heavy middle eastern accent

Everyone is named Peter, John etc

Very persistent with the conformation number to receive payment

Dozs of negative reviews

Double what I would have paid locally.

I was quoted 880 including shipping for receiving passenger and driver airbag+ dashboard, clockspring and the airbag control module (5 items). They later asked for 250 more for shipping as they miscalcualted. Now we are shipped only the dashboard witht the passenger airbag and they refuse to send the rest of the order. I am not able to get Sandra the sales person on the phone (they say she is busy and out on a break or on phone with another customer and I get to talk to Linda instead) but we had 20 conversatios and we went over the parts many times before we placed the order. This has been going on for so long and I have never had worst experience dealing with an entity before
