I was told no door to door buy appoinments is how they do this not even closes. I watched a sales man let a woman sign the guys name to credit paper work to make a sale after he said no many time and left for work. Then sales man lied to there bank witch I pretty sure it's all a scam.
Buyer, beware! We opened financing with this company for a Kirby Avalir with the understanding that it had a lifetime warranty & could be transferred to another family member. When I researched Kirby's website, I discovered this was not the case. So, as per the contract, we cancelled within 3 business days. Since the contract stated "To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed & dated copy of this cancellation notice, any other written notice, OR send a telegram to: (address)", we asked if sending a scanned copy of the cancellation via email was an acceptable delivery form. The co-owner, Mimi, agreed that it was. We called & spoke to Tyler the next day to confirm they received the email & our account was cancelled. He said that it was. After 23 days, nobody came to pick up the vacuum. The contract states "If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation." We called to verify, once again, on day 23 from the cancellation notice date, that it was indeed cancelled, which they confirmed again. At that point, they realized they never picked up the vacuum. When we reminded them of the contract, they gave us the runaround, saying emailing the cancellation notice voided the contract, then trying to state they never received the email, then saying 20 business days was implied & YELLING at my husband. Finally, Mimi stated we either give the vacuum back or they would refinance me against my will. We allowed them to pick it up, but they broke the terms of contract. I highly recommend you do business elsewhere, as they will take you for a ride if they are in the wrong!
