He continues to take money off current checks to satisfy his loosing money on current jobs. I have worked with him for too many years to count. I have finally had it with him. I am no longer doing business with him and give notice as to his inner workings. He will take any opportunity to take money away from what he owes. He has changed company names numerous times in my time with him. After 24 years, he hung me out to dry to save face with Travel Centers of America. He poorly quoted a job and is now doccking my pay due to the job not done under his low quote. Beware of doing sub work for him, as you probably will never receive full pay from your work.
