I signed up with pushbuttonpowerleads.com to help get leads for my business. I watched the videos provided and they did make it look easy. I even purchased the upgrade. All-in-all, I'm out 54$. I watched all the videos, 1/2 of the videos were useless to me because the videos are on clickbank, I do not use clickbank. So, I paid for something that did not pertain to me. When I mentioned this, he said he'd do a marketing call with me. I did not want a marketing call. My decision.
The videos did not say and the website did not say in order to get a refund, if you don't understand the program, you are required to watch additional tutorials.
This is Frank's response when I asked for a refund, after many unanswered emails, I decided to message him directly on Facebook so I could see if he read my message, he sent this, like he was going to shame me out of asking for my refund:
"Wendy as you can see I am just getting you message now. It does not matter how many times you email my company. I alone approve refunds. It appears that you are a professional requesting refunds. While I had really hoped to be of assistance it appears you will not allow that to happen. I wish you peace, joy and properity"
They simply will not return my money after several unanswered emails. I decided I did not want to watch anymore videos, tutorials whatever. My decision.
Then Frank's assistant, Alicia who was very rude emailed me and said
"Hi Wendy,
Not sure why you are sending this to me, when frank emailed you directly.
I am reading your email here and it seems like you are a perpetual refund asker.
Anyway frank told you exactly what we have to say, so this case is closed from our end."
I asked for a refund today again, and he blocked me on Facebook. So, now this is my recourse, to let others know to not purchase this product and to keep trying to get my refund, my money back.
