Hopefully I can save someone some heartache with my FYI post... After the installation of a new metal roof we noticed after last weeks ice storm the metal roofing materials appeared to shifted and called to have Shawn Purvis come out to look. Shouldn't be an issue 120 days into a 10 year labor and 40 year material warranty right? Nope, flat out refuses to site inspect, Many verbally and written intimation tactics and evasions later I will be one more person taking him to court... if you are thinking about using his company my personal documented/recorded experience should be enough to RUN!
