Purinova Eye Cream Reviews
Purinova
Bad, bad company. I was sucked in to a free trial just like others writing reviews. The fine print deep in the Terms of Agreement states the No Refund Policy. I ended up calling the customer service department, and although usually a very patient, calm person, I ended up yelling "I WANT MY MONEY BACK." I never experienced a scam like this in my 59 years! I didn't see any change in my skin after using the "free trial" product. The eye cream did nothing. Not a good product. I cancelled my "membership." I am furious this company can get away with this!
I agree. >
I don't know when or how I agreed to them sending me more supply each month, but it doesn't work - I am calling them on Monday to stop the flow and to ban them from using my charge account. There is no visual improvement. This is expensive JUNK!
As above. The company attached the "order" to an Amazon gift order and evidently used the credit card and contact information held by Amazon to complete the order and the get the payment.
Clearly Amazon is partly to blame, but the company itself knows they are dong something "wrong"; look at their "email" address.
This company is offering an on-line offer to purchase a sample of their skin care products at a greatly reduced price. They offered me an eye care product and a skin care product (both are anti-aging products, or so they claim).
This company uses a leitimate television show ("Shark Tank") to sell their products, stating that their products are backed by the "Shark Tank" members. This is false.
There is tiny print deep in their advertisement that states that their offer is a trial offer. Buyers have 14 days to cancel their "subscription", or their credit card will be debited for a shipment that will cost around $100 a month.
This company does not accept returns and does not offer refunds. I worked with my bank on a three-way call to this company. In doing this I was able to get a 75% refund. I still lost a lot of money.
This company operates under the following names (and possibly many more names): Purinova Eye Cream; Puria Skin Serum; Faith Skin; Luminous Skin. Beware. This is definitely a dishonest company.
Beware the trial offer! My "trial" had nothing included that indicated I needed to contact them to say I did not want any more. I had a sensitivity issue, so obviously did not want anymore. I received a shipment on Dec. 16. On Dec. 18th I called to request a refund and an RA# number for this UNOPENED shipment; I was told it is a non-refundable item. So, here I sit with a box of products that I cannot use and do not want and a charge of over $170.00 on my card. These kind of business practices are not only unscrupuless, they are down right unfair!
First I bought a trial sample( trial size sample of face serum and jar of eye cream) from them with nothing in the fine print stating they would send more but then, they kept sending more sample size products of same products for outragrous price. the sample cost $4.95, The next gouge to my credit card was near 90 dollars. Same size product as the sample product. I tried to call the toll free number listed on the product and it did not work it is also listed on the website. It simply is impossible to contact them by phone to try to verbally cancel over the phone. So I sent a demanding email. If they do this again I will send the packagae back return to sender and instruct my credit card company to "do not pay" this company.
