Skin care product purely organic release cream 1 oz endorsed by Kate Middleton only had to pay for shipping now I have Ria current charges on my debit card for products that I only wanted a sample. Total scam no contact information .
I order from purely organic i gotten the link from off shark tank. either way i had paid for eyes stuffs nothing else thenwhen i when on my bank account a week later i seen a charger of 89.00 dollars. i contract my bank but they couldnt stop it . all i wants is a check back of 89.00 my debit card no longer any good on that site. i cant contract it there no way you could i quess they forgotten to addd that to there site. ill never order anything off of shark tank. there all scams.
No info on trial period, charged me before I received the product. Keeps charging me. I can’t find where the product came from nor can I can’t find out how to cancel. I’ve been charged 5 times. ($89.88) x 2 ($86.89) x 2.
This company is definitely a scam tricking the purchaser to pay full price on free samples. The terms are hidden at the time of purchase explaining you have only 14 days to cancel. Why would you cancel the order for a free sample. The best part, you don’t get any notifications or emails about the full price until you get your bank statement 16 days after the purchase. The customer service number is not available in the USA so good luck calling them. Paying $180 for 2 products, one of which I didn’t order, is a ripoff. Even the web page for Purely Organic is bogus, the domain name is for sale and doesn’t provide company information. There is no recourse for returning or refund.
I was told I was going to get a 30 day free trial. Nowhere was it stated that if I did not return my free trial within 14 days, I would be billed for it. And, the price was not listed anywhere. I agreed to the free eye serum and the free moisturizer.
(What is the point of a 30 day free trial if you have to return it within 14 days?)
I received the free eye serum and the free moisturizer. No invoice, no further information.
When I got my next surprise shipment, (again with no invoice, no further information), I called to inquire. I was told I didn’t return my 30 day free trial within 14 days, so, I was sent the surprise shipment. After complaining, I was told they would only charge me $22 per item (instead of $90 per item!). Although I was not happy with the surprise shipment, I said OK, if I only received a new shipment every 2 months instead of every month.
When I got my charge card statement, I was shocked! I was changed $180 for my “free” trial, plus shipping! And, I was charged $180 for the second shipment after was told that it would only be $44.00.
I called to complain, and was told there was nothing they could do about my past charges.
I ordered a trial of face cream for 4.95 and then they asked if I wanted to add eye cream for an additional 4.95, so I did. My credit card was charged for the trial, which I expected, but then I was charged another fee of 89.95 and 2 days later a fee of 88.98. When I called customer service about the charge they we extremely unwilling to refund any money. In very fine print, the website states the 89.95 membership fee if you don’t cancel within 14 days of ordering-not even from when you receive it. I had the product for a mere 5 days when they charged me. On top of that, they claim the 88.93 was for the second product-but nowhere on the website does it mention this cost. When I spoke to a supervisor, she informed me that I was supposed to check a secondary website for that price-utterly ridiculous! The company is shady to say the least-they are hiding fees all over the place and then will not refund you. They cover themselves with ambiguous language in their terms and conditions. This business needs to be held accountable.
Ordered products for shipping charges. They begin 14 day trial on date of order. Long and short of it - ordered; canceled due to allergic reaction to product. Returns refused and since I notified them beyond their 14 Day calculation I have been charged $180 for 2 products that could have been purchased retail for less than half of that cost. Disliked product and customer service even more so.
On 3/25/18, I ordered Pure Release Cream and Eye Cream from Purely Organic as a sample paying only shipping and handling. On 3/27/2018 My debit card was charged $4.90 and $4.95 for shipping and handling for my 2 "free" samples. With no authorization or knowledge of future shipments. There was no info regarding future shipments nor notifications of any other charges that would be charged to the debit card used. I received both samples with no paperwork included. The card used for this purchase is used very little. As a result, it was not discovered until the end of April that the following charges were automatically withdrawn from my account. I specifically checked the box informing this company not to keep my debit card number on file. The following charges have been withdrawn from my account and I have had to file fraudulent charges with my bank (no guarantees I will be reimbursed) and had to cancel my debit card.
No more products have been received nor did I request any or fail to cancel future orders within a certain time frame. The following charges have been withdrawn from my account from Purely Organic. On April 9, 2018 - $89.95 On April 10, 2018 - $88.98 On April 26, 2018 - $89.95 On April 27, 2018 - $88.98 When I discovered these fraudulent charges I attempted to find an address and or phone number. Both without success. In my search for more information on Purely Organic I came across your site. Unfortunately, it seems that I am not the only person to have been taken advantage of by this company. It makes me so angry and I will do whatever I can to help in recovering moneys owed to me and everyone else that has been and will be scammed by this so called company. They need to be stopped. Thank you for your time and consideration given to stop these scams.
