Saw online add for free product for shipping cost of$4.90 and $2.90...was charged originally an additional fee of $4.94....called to stop this charge....two weeks later additional charges of $89.95 and $88.98 were added....as soon as I saw these charges in my credit card, I called again to complain and called Synchrony bank to complain...filed a complaint with the bank, recieved a temporary credit and then a reversal with a lot of paper work from Purelyorganics to show bogus information...I clled the bank once again and was told they couldn't do anything about the charges....
I ordered a free trial size of a cosmetic product, but had to pay shipping. They said I could cancel within 14 days of the order, which I did via phone just before midnight in my time zone. They claimed that it had to be in THEIR time zone (which the original info did not specify). When the free samples arrived, they listed only the shipping costs, no explanation of anything, not even the company name. So because of my "untimely" cancel, they went ahead and authorized another order and put $89.95 on my VISA card. Visa says it's legal, and I cannot do anything about it. Then the cosmetic company called me back and said they will refund $31.45 of the amount, but that leaves me out $60 for a product that I did not order.
Offered free 14-day trial of skin care products with only mailing charge. After checking yscam, i realized there was a problem. I emailed and called them to cancel the subscription i did not realize i had been signed up for. Also cancelled debit card i had used after other people reported that canceling did not stop purely organic from charging about $80 per month. I hope i am now free of this company.

After 14 days they charged me two fees $89.95 & $88.98 unbeknownst to me. By day thirty, I was then charged two more fees of $89.95 & $88.98. Luckly my bank contacted me before approving this transaction. There were no indications, no emails nor anything in the packaging with my "free" lotion stating I will be charged or if I didn’t cancel they will charge me anyway. Amazon sells the same items $25.00 face cream and $23.00 eye serum. Purely Organic Cosmetics is a Total RIPOFF!!
I got a skin moisturizer and eye cream through a survey I was doing andvthis was suppose to be my free gift,, I just had to pay shipping. I have never done one of these before, I never saw anything that said it was only a trial, so when I saw a charge of $89.95 on my bank statement I called them right away. The man that I spoke with was very rude and would not listen to me at all. I’m disabled awaiting back surgery (my 3rd one) and in a very limited income and I could not afford this, he only offered to give me 1/2 off on my next shipment. I had just told him to cancel my subscription I guess I had with them and why would I want 1/2 off when I can’t even afford the first one. I called my bank to file a claim on these charges, but obviously the company told them I knowingly signed up for this trial and since it was past the trial date they would not refund my money.
I even tried emailing customer support before filing the claim with no response . I was going to just let it go until I read the ingredients of the moisturizer and the first ingredient is alcohol, this product is not Purely Organic as they advertise it. I called them again and explained to the women, I have some serious skin issues where I cannot use a product with alcohol and some of the other ingredients in it because of the sensitivity of my skin and I haven’t even opened either product and wanted to return it to the for a refund or even a partial refund and they absolutely refused saying they cannot give me refund, it’s not allowed after trial. I asked to speak to whoever the person there would be that could authorize a refund and she said there isn’t anyone and the can’t (or won’t ) refund any of my money.
I feel this was a total scam to advertise it as "free gift”, then not make clear that it’s only a trial, than saying their product is Organic when it’s not, is totally wrong and a scam. I order a lot of items on line and have never come across a company that won’t even work with you when your not happy with their product or didn’t understand the subscription I signed up for without knowing it. They could have giving me a refund, got there products back, completely sealed how I received them, they just choose not to! I want anyone reading this to please not buy anything from this company , they are awful customer support people and they are falsely advertising their product as something it’s not. Total rip-off.

I talked to them and the only gave me $67 back because I didn’t cancel. Nor did they remind me to. I go no email correspondence I had to cancel or I’d get charged. No sympathy. I had no idea. This killed my money for the next two weeks. It did also say Angelina Jolie’s an owner. Lie. She’s tied to nothing. I’ve been ripped off. I even offered to send back product. They said no.
