I ordered a product advertised on Facebook for a trial order of Pure Garcinia pills, when going to the checkout another product that is attached to this advert "pure green coffee" pills added to the order and was charged for. I received an order confirmation and spent the next day trying to find a telephone # to call them and tell them the green coffee pills had not been ordered. I had one young man tell me he could see what had happened and that the order hadn't gone out and he would cancel it but the only way I could be refunded for the $5.99 shipping was to pay $9.00. The company Pure Life Green Coffee CSR said they don't refund shipping even if the order has not been processed or sent out. By doing this they are effectively stealing $6.00 off every person who has an unauthorized order of the Green Coffee pills attached to their Garcinia order. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will also be filing with the Consumer Protection Agency, BBB and their States Attorney Generals Office.
I want to cancel my order. I get a bottle of Pure Life Green Coffee every month. They charge my bank card $85.00 a month. I told them I wanted to cancel. They keep sending the pills and charging my account. I don't know any other way to stop this. Please can you stop this? Thank you
I purchased a bottle of Pure Life Garcinia and a bottle of Green Coffee Detox on Dec 26, 2015. This was advertised as a trial. This morning I checked my credit card status and discovered two new charges on January 9, 2016. Charges are: onegarcinia $83.47 and onegrncof $84.47. I rechecked my email confirmation. Red flags. There were no contact number or website link or product names. It showed order number, my address and tracking info. I found the website. It listed the phone number 855-697-3891 and called and was clicked mysteriously and was sent to another phone number 888-409-2310. The person gave two more phone numbers 888-482-0137 for one Garcinia and 888-440-3463 for one green coffee. The person spoke really fast and you have to write it down fast before the person hung up. The website also listed an email address [email protected]. I sent an email to cancel now and the email returned delivery notification status failed permanently. I am not done yet. I may have to cancel my card and start a whole new path. Alameda, CA

I don't know how they accessed my credit card and I truly believe I never gave it... I would never do that to get a sample.
Suddenly I am getting shipments monthly. I finally examine my credit cards and realize I am getting charged just over $160/month. WTF????
When I called the number on the bottle, it was for a UNIVERSITY!!!! Really???? I finally found the website and called that number. I was told then told I had the wrong number and they gave me the right number... WHEW.....
When I called I told the customer representative I kept receiving monthly shipments and didn't understand why. The customer representative told me that because I didn't contact them within 30 days after requesting the sample, I was now receiving monthly shipments and she gave me the last four digits of the card I used.... HOW DID THEY GET THAT INFO?! I never gave them that information.
When I told her to stop the shipments, the representative tried to convince me to reconsider and she would give me a 50% special. I made is abundantly clear I was not interested and to just cancel the ongoing orders. She then tried to convince me yet again to reconsider and she was giving me a "friends and family" pitch. Again, I made it perfectly clear I was not interested. I finally got her to stop the shipments and got my confirmation number.
I just hope shipments will really stop......
I am PRAYING a class action suit will come of this..... While I do care about the money I lost - more importantly I do care that others don't get scammed like I did.... I am one who pays attention to fine print... these guys are pieces of **** to the max.....
