A Jason Lerer, owner of Pure Contracting services Inc. Continually lied about when he would show up, we told him the very next day we did not want to continue with his possible dishonest practices, [ in my opinion ] He lied about being accrediated with the BBB, which they [ BBB ] and the ohio Attorney generals Office are working together to try and nail this possible lieng dishonest individual [ in my opinion ]] He took, $3000.00 from us, I tried to stop payment on check but was too late, my bank told me I should go to the police and file a report on him, I did the above, and since we were at the police dept, about 45 minutes, this jason Lerer, harrassed my wife by calling 6 to 7 times, Our daughter called us, and said he was in our driveay, my wife called, 911, as we did not trust him, the police showed up, told this Jason Lerer, not to bother us any more, This Jason Lerer, did not realize we had security cameras all over the place, If this Jason Lerer, actually planned on doing the job, why would he be in our driveway, in his own perssonal truck, with, Noladders, no material for doing the job,?? In his contract, he clearly states, provide permits, well I called the Lake County Ohio Building Dept, at Approx, 2;45 P/M/ this is when Mr. Jason Lerer, was in our driveway, they told me, they had no record of Jason pulling permits, even though he clearly states in his contract, he would furnish permits, In my opinion, I do not think he ever planned on doing the job. His profile, states, in Business, [ 0 years, [] since 2018, and if I remember corecctly, he had told my wife and I, that he has been in business for the last 12 years.??
Ths main concern here is that I would likr top be able to warn other possible innocent handicaped senior citizens about this possible fly by night contracter. My wife and I have the resources, [ computer and some knowledge ] but other possible senior citizens may not thabve the resources ?
When, I contacted the, Lake County Ohio Building dept. about, his credentials, stating that he has, License, Insurance, verifactions, bonded, they told me, the only thing they could verify , is that Mr. Jason Lerer, paid $100.00 to be registered with the, Lake County Ohio building dept. they could not verify if he had any type of, Insurance or if he is bonded, -- Kind of scary issn't it ??
Thank you in advance, for any help in trying to prevent other possible innocent victims, to fall into the hands of this person.
