I ordered a trial bottle of Pure CBD on the internet for $5.95. I received the bottle and thought that was it. Today I see a charge in my bank ledger for PIU*COLEUSFORSKOLI 888-597-0914. I had no idea there would be a further charge. So their first thing I did was an internet search on the phone number and saw that this had happened to other people. The bottle says Distributed by Pure CBD 500 N. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 300, Las Vegas, NV 89107 866-978-7329 I plan on calling them at 9am to try to get the charge reversed and any subscription cancelled but I don't know how that will go.

Internet fraud/scam: pure cbd oil pure cbd, true cbd, miracle cbd, sky cbd, assure cbd, divine cbd, pure med cbd, organix cbd, isolate direct cbd, cbd xrp, optimal choice cbd, zen labs cbd, star cbd, serene cbd and serenity cbd

While using facebook on the internet, pure cbd oil offered a free trial of a 1-ounce bottle of the product, pure cbd oil, for a shipping charge of $5.95.

When i entered my credit card information, 3 subsequent times, the transactions were declined. My bank notified me with a fraud alert for all three transactions, so i'm not out-of-pocket--not yet, anyway.

I received my trial bottle on saturday, december 1, 2018. Because this was obviously fraud, i didn’t hesitate to contact pure cbd oil today, monday, december 3, 2018, to cancel all further shipments, which were to be auto-shipped Without my previous knowledge or consent); i found this out from numerous internet searches. During this process, i learned that if i didn't cancel the auto-ship within one week of receiving the product on december 1, i'd be on the hook for approximately $80.

The morning of december 3, 2018, i tried numerous times Wasting over 1-1/2 hours of valuable time in the process) to contact the company to tell them to cancel all future shipments by calling the phone number on the bottle, (877) 813-3316, as well as another number found here on scamion, (866) 978-7329.

Twice during my lengthy time on hold waiting to speak with a customer service representative, a representative actually did answer my call.

The first representative pretended not to hear me even though i had turned my phone volume to the maximum loudness, saying "hello, hello, i can't hear you, etc." before hanging up on me.

The second representative was even worse! initially, he asked for my first and last names, which i provided. I could barely hear him because someone I believe that it was he) kept pressing random buttons on the phone that were so loud that i couldn't communicate with him. He then asked for my first and last names again, and i repeated them, all of this while the random phone button punching continued. At that point, he hung up on me.

In desperation, i finally wrote a firm letter to pure cbd oil instructing them to cancel all further shipments and advising them that i had notified my bank about my issue with the company.

I hope that today’s letter to pure cbd oil will end my relationship with them permanently. I want nothing more to do with them.

On my bank’s advice, i have been scrutinizing activity on the credit card account i used when attempting to purchase this fraudulent company’s product, have cancelled said credit card, and requested a new card from my bank.

Potential victims of pure cbd oil’s fraud/scam should steer clear of this most disreputable company.

I went to the bank, cancelled my old debit card, ordered a new card. Now over a month later I find yet another $79.95 charge to my bank account that says Reg E Claim Reversal. So I assume that they denied paying me my money back and somehow my bank paid them again. This is a scam and I will be perusing legal advice before they take more money from me for a product that didn't even work. I also have a friend who is going through the exact same problem with this company.

I want this company to reimburse the money they have taken from my account without my knowledge. I've already heard and read how difficult it is to deal with them, as they are set on collecting funds in one way or another. Either you pay for the product, or you pay nearly as much for restocking fees, shipping, etc. This definitely appears to be a scam, and I hope to see them caught!

Got an email ad for a free trial sample of cbd oil which later turned into an uninformed unagreed-upon enrollment in a monthly full product charge of almost $80

Was online looking at cbd oils when I ran across a risk free trial. Started to fill out info but when it got to the credit card part I closed the page and decided no. A few days later they call me and state I can try their product risk free for 30 days and I can cancel after that to avoid any charges. Haven't even had the product in my house for two weeks and I check my bank and there is a $70 charge that I did not authorize on my account. Did research to see what the heck happened. Discovered that I have been scammed. Beware consumers

I am a 63 yr. old female, with severe spinal problems and a brain auerysm. I am in constant pain. My doctors all insist that I smoke cannibus, along with my pain medication. So, when I saw the advertisement with a picture of Dr. Sanjay Gupta, for a trial bottle of cbd oil, just pay for shipping costs, I filled out the form, however; I had a strong feeling that this could be a scam, so I never even hit the send button, I just got out of that screen and didn't think anything of it until I saw a strange item applied to my checking account. I called the number and they told me that I had to return the product to them, at my expense within 15 days or I would be billed like $69.99 automatically each month. They also instructed me to get a tracking number and call them with it, but not to get certified mail, requesting a signature, because it goes to a PO Box. I had made the purchase via debit card, which I have now cancelled.

What makes this scam so unexcusable is that they are targeting desparate parents of sick little children having 400+ seizures a day! This is so low down and disgusting, there are no words. Also, the website that I ordered the product from has since been taken down! Please expose these low down disgusting people, this has to stop! The more I think about this, the more upsetting it is! To target severly ill children! Disgraceful!

I ordered the pure cbd oil for $49.00 and i was billed

$239.00.

  • Apr 18, 2020

The advertisement said i could buy 1, one bottle for $39, my credit card was charged $225. I was right before Christmas and i had bills to pay etc. There was no way i could afford $225 but they would not refund my money eventhough i tried to cancel my order.

also i don't believe i actually received pure cbd oil, i think its fake oil, but i dont know if i have any options. I would like to report this site as fake. I called my bank and they said they couldnt do anything since the charge went through.

It advertised itself as a full-spectrum oil. I use CBD oil so I decided to take the buy 3 get 3 free offer which would make the order under 120.00 when I went to confirm the order after going to PayPal and to finalize my payment for the 3 bottles, I got charged for 6 bottles.

I have received the bottles and they look like a scam. There is no full spectrum. I knew I was scammed immediately and went to my credit card company to cancel as I knew as soon as it grabbed more than a hundred dollars over what I agreed, and said they could not cancel.

I do not trust this company at all, and I am very disappointed that they are still allowed to do business after you see the complaints on BBB. DO not use this company. Check out all the complaints on BBB.
