Order a repair kit on November 21, 2019, but still have never received it. I kept asking for tracking number, but all I get it is generic text response.

Ordered two separate set of parts 1.bearing kit and 2. thru bolts. The bearing kit arrived, the thru bolts apparenty were not shipped. I emailed them and they said they were shipped. The priority box the parts did come in is too small for the @11 inch bolts to fit into.
They won't respond to follow up emails-no less than three. The have no published phone number that I can find. Total rip off. The videos they have on Youtube lure you in to buy their parts and then they rip you off. Others have had similar issues.
