I returned 2 harnesses and was told several times that my account has been credited for $79.90 and the refund is complete. My credit card has not been credited and i can not get a response from them now!
Pug Life Harness failed to give us our money back or product after returning harnesses that didn't fit our dogs. We have reached out to them by email, Facebook and their phone number is disconnected.
They have ignored our queries for the last 5-6 months.Their Facebook page has hundreds of complaints but Pug Life Harness deleted victim's posts. We are currently trying to file a class action lawsuit against them.
Their website has 100% guarantee if not satisfied. I purchased 2 dog harnesses and a 2 in 1 dog leash. The harnesses fit great, but the dog leash just did not work at all so I requested and sent item back for refund on October 31, 2018.
I just ran across the ups tracking with all my holiday receipts and realized I never remember getting a refund and checked my credit card, no refund. I've been trying to call since last week their 800 number with no answer whatsoever, just dead space on the phone.
I also sent an email last week and still have not received an answer back from them. Had our telephone vendor also try with not luck. I then choose the chat function, which also said they were unavailable at the time to leave another email message. It wasn't a lot of money, but nonetheless, amazon would have been better to go through.
