I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee a month before Colorado's big hail storm. The storm totaled my Jeep and I had to get a new car. I was treated well the first time I went and decided to go back to get a different car. This time I explained it really upset me my Jeep got totaled and was not interested in a new car this time. I was looking for a nice used car that wouldn't hurt so much if I lost another vehicle. A 2008 Honda CR-V is what I decided to get for my 2nd car. I had the vehicle for 3 weeks, go on my first trip out of state and before I can even get to California for a friends wedding; the whole front end of the car was shacking every time I touched the brakes. I'm still riding around on temporary tags.
The dealership claims they did an alinement, changed the window shield wipers, changed the brakes, and a FULL safety check on the vehicle. If they put new wipers on the vehicle; why did I have to pay $40 and replace them before my trip? I didn't want to waste my money on a new car, why would I replace new wipers? I have proof the alinement was off and I paid to have an alinement done.
But they already took care of it? Gye my sales man said "He doesn't know for sure if the maintenance men did it or not, he's just reading what they wrote on the report." I have proof of what I'm saying is true, while I'm supposed to believe just because a maintenance man write it down, it was done.
