Recently I called the Pueblo Bonito-Mazatlan to bank my timeshare week and they informed me that my account had been canceled due to lack of payments on my annual maintenance fee ever. I said this was strange since I have been paying them and/or the Concord Servicing Corporation -their designated payment office - for over 20 years and have visited the resort (it is a great resort) many times and have banked time with RCI from this resort for 20 years.
Tha accountant said there was an accounting error (for the past twenty years) and no payments have ever been recieved and hung up. Nice way to treat a 20 year (at least I thought I was) customer.
The Concord Servicing Corporation in Phoenix is of course hard to get a hold of and does not have a two way web site. I spent over an half hour on their website and kept geting errors and re directioned to other "pretty" marketing sites. They appear to be heavily involved as a collection agency.
I see that they appear in this site and would like to know who else is having trouble with either Pueblo Bonito or the Concord Servicing Corporation. Perhaps I should ask them for my 20 years of time share maintenance fees back since the resort doesn't appear to have received the money. Anyone intrested in collection from a collection agency?
