Pch does it again again, and again.

I am sorry all these stories have come out to PCH's dishonor. I am writing a book called, " THE PCH ADDICTION". If you have had a PCH experience to tell, send it to: angeleyes2hypnotize#gmail.com.

Have the final word. Send any emails or other proofs you may happen, along with your permission to include it in my work in progress.

Sincerely, Rev. Kaelene

Scam

Same thing. And to my dad who is old and has dementia.

This is awful, just awful. Sad that they prey on anyone, let alone the elderly.

I hope PCH is paying attention and does something to make it stop!!!

On September 16, 2016 I was playing a game on the PCH ( Publishers Clearing House ) site. I got a pop up notification (Which I took a pic of) stating that I was the winner of the $10,000.00 appreciation week prize. The next morning I recieved an email stating that they made an error and I did not when, They also stated that this never happens and they apologized and gave me an additional 5 entries to a sweepstakes game. I shrugged it off like ok whatever. Three days ago I was on the site playing the PCH Lotto games when a big announcement came up stating that I was the VIP grand prize winner of the $30,000.00 VIP Lotto draw. I did not get a pic of this one but nevertheless I don't need it because PCH confirmed it for me. Needless to say I didn't win anything. On October 24, 2016 I wrote an email to PCH about the false win notifications and I received another apology letter and 50,000 tokens for the inconveinence.

Screw that. I researched my issue and have found it to be a huge issue. Apparently its does happen all the time and to thousands of people. I am in the process right now of finding the right Attorney to retain and I am starting a class action lawsuit. Its not okay to raise peoples hopes and then smash them like its the thing to do. It is also illegal to claim a winner that didnt really win. You messed with the wrong lady PCH, I have every notification, pic and letter ever sent. If this has happened to you then contact me and be a part of my class action suit.

Received call from man saying he was Dave Sayers, Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes and Lottory Prize Director. He asked if I had entered their sweepstakes, which I have. He says I won 4.5 Million dollars, a Ford Raptor, and 4000 dollars a week for the rest of my life from Steadfast life promotion (they sponsored me). He had me write all of this information down. He gave me a confirmation # and check #. Said we will meet in person within 48 hours. He will put me in contact with personal tax specialist with the IRS because i will need to pay taxes on money and automobile. That's when he said i will need to get an American express card or Money Pak card to put 500 dollars and have available at the time we meet in the next 48 hours. He asked me to call back when I get the card. He spoke in an unusual accent. He said he was in New York, but from Alabama. My caller ID says International Caller, Jamaica. The number was a US number. He seemed very believable about the winnings, asking if I want this to be confidential or announce on TV, he was very flattering and said they will be delivering automobile and money with balloons and take picture, etc. It wasn't until he asked for the money to be put on prepaid card that I realized this was a scam.

I have been the victim of scam from several people about the same thing. Getting money for them in order to win my money. I have been lied to and harressed by several people about getting money and they swear they are from Purhasing Clearing House. They even claimed they let me speak to the mayor of Charlotte. She was supposed to be helping me, but she was really part of the scam. Or them claim she was the mayor.I have addrees and receipts for all the money pak cards and from the post office where I sent money. They left me in a terrible financial bind. Please can you help me get some of my money back and put them out of business.

Thank you very much!!

I thought I was ordering magazines for 1 month from Publishers clearing house. I keep getting these magazines and I have tried to cance them thru PCH and they tell me I have no magazine orders with them.

I checked my bank account and saw that I was being charged $69.99 a month for the magzines that I wanted to cancel thru this other company. I do not want these magazines and I don't want to pay this $69.99 a month anymore. How do I stop payment on this.

I received a phone call from someone saying they were Dave Sayer of Publishers Clearing House and that I had won $4.5 million dollars, a new Mercedes or $91,000 cash and $10,000 a month for life.

He wanted to know if I was married, if I owned my own home and what I did for a living. He then suggested the prizes should be delivered in person as if you choose publicly the whole world knows you won and it isn't safe. I said privately and when I said there would be about 6 people here with me (I knew that would be a deal breaker) if we met he said that any other person would make it not be private and I couldn't receive the prizes. He hadn't asked for my address yet or I would have ended the call at that point. I don't give out my full name, address or any government or financial information over the phone.

I know that there are so many of these scams about Publisher's Clearing House but I think this one could have been dangerous and not to my pocketbook. I am going to notify our local police department because I am sure that there are some who would meet with him thinking they were winning so much money.

His voice was weird but he gave me an address for the company and referenced the Prize Patrol. The information sounded like it could be legit and I did enter their sweepstakes. Until he would only meet privately I was playing along without giving him my information, figuring it wasn't real, but who knows.

I received a phone call to my home phone today from someone claiming to be David Sayer of Publishers Clearing House. He informed me that they had made two prior attempts to contact me and that I was one of the winners of the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. I told him that I found it interesting since no one in my household had entered the PCH sweepstakes.

He insisted that I had won three million dollars any a car. I asked him if this involved paying fees to claim a prize and he asked me to explain what I meant by fees, never directly answered my question. Then he asked me to write down a prize claim number. At this point I asked him to tell me my name and address since at no point in the conversation had he addressed me by name of mentioned my location.

He told me that he had to get this information from the main office that he didn't have this info readily available in front of him. He asked me to hold for while he retrieved this info. After about a minute he came back on complaining about the internet being slow and that he hadn't yet been able to retrieve my info. I told him at this point that I thought it very suspicious that he had contacted me claiming that I had won a large sweepstakes prize yet he didn't even know my name or location, I told him that I believed he was a scammer since PCH does not contact sweepstakes winners in this manner. At this point I ended the conversation.

Also it sounded to me as though this guy was talking through some kind of electronic device used for masking his real voice His voice sounded really odd. When he called, no number showed on my caller ID he was listed as Private Caller suggesting that he had masked his real phone number.

I was contact via phone (215.596.1689, accent from India) that I won a Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. They wanted me to transfer $3,000 to account 6346601997124002971, Sydonie Speer, Park City Utah. I then found Chuck Osterhout on Facebook and he told me to call 215.596.1689. At this phone number they request $500, then $1,000 increments on eBay gift cards. Also someone claiming to be an IRS agent wanted monies for taxes.

At 2:42 pm I got a series of 3 calls. The first 2 I did not answer. Then it was a person who identified himself as Miles and said that I should have received an item in the mail. When I told him I had not he then explained that I had won a small prize from Publishers Clearing House but I would either have to pick it up or they could send it in a few weeks. I told him I would have a family member pick it up today, and he explained that I had to pick it up myself, but first I would have to go to my local Shoppers Drug Mart and get a Perfect Gift Card Visa Card to pay the taxes.

When I reminded him that wins were not taxed in Canada he explained that it was for handling charges. He wanted to know how long it would take me to drive to Montreal to pick it up, and I said that it would be about 3.5 days, but when I asked how much I won he said it was 3million 355 thousand dollars. So I told him I could afford to fly there for that, but I would not get the gift card here, I would pick it up in Montreal once I had verfied the cheque.

He explained that since I would not be spending my money in Montreal I would need to get the cheque in Alberta, but I explained if it was over 3 million dollars I would spend the money in the Carribean or someplace warm, not Alberta. When I asked for a phone number to call back I was told that he wasn't allowed to give that to me, but he would stay on the line while I drove to the closest Shoppers. I told him sadly I was at work and could not go so he has agreed to call back this evening so we can conclude our business.

Can't wait for my call back, so excited that I won a sweepstakes I didn't enter for a magazine I didn't buy. Hopefully I am able to satisfy the requirements quickly. Or not

Has called numerous times usually from Publishers Clearing House, saying you have won a car and various millions of dollars. He asks you to pay taxes and wants you to stay on your phone whild you to to the bank, then call him back when you are home again. If the amount was too high he would ask for a lower amount.

Has been calling me numerous times in the past year. Now once a week even though I told told he was trying to scam me. Phone sometimes comes up as Private Caller or Unknown Caller. Some calls came up as Kingston,JM which might possible be Kingston Jamacia. One time was sexually explicit. Will sometimes call you Sweatheart. Have blocked several numbers.

I received a call that stated this company had sent me several notifications that I won a prize but I had not responded. They were calling to give me one last chance to claim my prize. They gave me a prize winner # and a tracking confirmation # and then told me that I would need to send a $499.99 money order to the accountant in North Carolina and then I will be presented with my prize. This is a scam. The accountant does not exist. Please report this company if they call you. This should be decared an act of terrorism. The all originated from Kingston JM. We as the citizens of the US deserve to be protected from such foolishness.

I wasted hours of my time looking for the so called, sweepstakes number. I went to pch.com, to get the number but that only went to products that thewanted me to purchase. They advertise that no purchase is necessary, to enter and get numbers, so I clicked on continue instead.

After a couple of hours of trying to get the sweepstakes number without buying anything, and going in circles, I decided that I don't need their money and they dont need mine.

I have not given any information from the pin#. He wants to talk to my wife later, but I will advise her to not give out the information, and I will provide it when they give my the cmain reward.

The prizes are a check for $2-million, and a bonus of $5-thousand a month

I entered the Publishers Clearing House contest for $1000 a week. Every week, this company sent advertisements of their products to my house. I purchased five or six products that I liked and paid full price for each product instead of making use of their installment plans. My bank has verified payments to Publishers Clearing House. However, this company continues to bill me as if I was on the installment plan for their products. Pllus, they consider me part of a group of winning contestants and send loads of advertisements to my address. Despite informing them that I do not owe money, they steadfastly insist that I have not paid for their products. It has been my misfortune to become involved with Publishers Clearing House. I am writing this letter so it may help future contestants that leap too quickly into such a contest. If your gut tells you that a contest may be too good to be true, believe it.

The "SuperPrizes" are faked. Mostly poor players, yet 100% of "winners" are upper-middle class-simple statistics says NO... Also, NEVER any local media coverage, unlike with REAL winnings of substance... PCH used to award $1million to a lucky "average player"-Those people had to deal with reporters for their "15 minutes" lol... Now the BIG prizes are clearly faked. Guess they realised how much profit ads make... Annoyed at swimmimg through constant ads with literally zero chance of the advertised winnings-would accept a job as one of their actors paid to pretend they won, though...

PCH Searh and win a rip off

have played it for yrs. cashed in tokens and dont win nothing just a rip off to get you to buy from their site

I was contacted by James Potter that I had one the 3 million 500 thousand publishers clearing house prize along with a 2018 Mercedes. I just needed to go the walmart and send the $850 tax in order to get the prizes sent. He had several numbers like the reference # and the certification number. He was quite a pro at what he does. Too bad it isn't a good job.

  • Mar 22, 2018

So back in early of 2017 I had asked for a supervisor to talk to them about a prize that I had won. And NO it was NOT a scam. I had received an email in my alternative email address. They've said that I had won a prize. I also Have a problem with their moderators as well, they hijack all of the sweepstakes so that You don't win anything!

I have pictures of one of the moderators controlling someone else's account under the Pch Slots, You do need to zoom in on the picture because this young 18 year old person is control the slots with his mouse. Quite frankly I about had it with them and there crap! They need to get rid of these mean moderators or else something else needs to be done.

I am done with them controlling the instant win games and slot! They also Control the how much tokens the scratch-offs give you. Also I've never and I mean NEVER Had made it up on their, token leaderboard! I really REALLY want to meat the Prize Patrol aswell, but they dont' let you unless you win one of there sweepstakes which is worthless because of those Moderators.

If there only was a way to get those people fired from doing stupid things, Like controllng certains peoples' accounts do to some type of suspicious activity on those accounts.

I had never hacked or did anything to get myself in trouble with Publishers clearing house! I know you guys probably get complaints all the time about Publshers clearing house, but out of the number of complaints I've seen, they need to fix there sweepstakes to be more fairer. I know that sweepstakes are supposed to be random, but Come on!

their odds are at almost 10 Billion right now! Who is willing to enter on a daily basis if they're just going to stay up 24/7 entering this stuff! So I hope there is a way that this can get solved, Like I said I had an email sent to me a couple of years ago but never ane I mean NEVER had received and affidavit in the mail saying that I had won!

Ps. I've been playing for about 7 years now, and Havne't won a thing from them!

  • Mar 15, 2018

In the power match game the ball went into the $500 slot. Stayed there for 2 seconds then slowly rolled out into a token slot. I should have won $500. I had complained to someone at customer service and told them i wanted to talk to todd sloane.

While playing one of the PCH games one night around 2.30 am the screen flashed with my name saying H.Bryant of Perry Fl. just won $10,000 dollars from PCH and Congradulations to me. I was so excited that I took a screenshot to show everyone. The next morning I borrowed $1300.00 from my mom to purchase a flat screen tv and afew other things I wanted knowing a check would be coming from Publishers Clearing House soon. Later that morning an email arrived saying there had been a mystake and PCH was sorry. The also stated it only happen to me, no one else. Also that my namewas going to be placed with five entries for a special drawing for this incident. I kept copies of everything.

  • Dec 19, 2017

I was called numerous times by a man with a heavy accent claiming to be "Michael Edward" from the Publishers Clearing House Prize Sweepstakes. He told me I was a 3rd place winner in the contest and won 800K dollars and Mercedes. At first I hung up and he called again, I indulged him he could hardly explain his scam: told me that I needed to go to walmart to purchase a greendot money pack for $300.00 to give or send to someone whom would be delivering the check and the car. He told me he was calling from his office but I could tell he was outside with the wind blowing around him. He first called on a "Restricted" phone number but then he called me back from a jamacian number (876-441-5576). He was very upset when he called me back "Why did you hang up on me?". This was for a winning in Texas even though I live in Arizona.

10/27/17 - 3:26 p.m.

Received a call from Jamica 1(876)584-0415. The man stated I had been randomly selected in the 2nd round of Publishers Clearing House Drawing.

He said I would get a UPS package today and asked if I was home and if I was going to be home all day.

He then gave me this # to write down - 277851600

Package 515UPS - He said to use the call letters PCH instead of Publishers Clearing HOuse.

He then asked me how far I lived away from a Wal-Mart. I stated 10 minutes. He wanted me to go there and do a Western Union wire for $999.00 for shipping and handling.

At this point I said how old and stupid do you think I am. He rapidly hung up.

  • Oct 7, 2017

Received a call on my cell phone from a restricted number from a man stating he was from Publishing Clearing House (PCH). He stated that I had won 2nd place which was 475,000.00 and a 2017 pure white Mercedes Benz, he gave me a claim number, and I was to call 876-865-2238 and ask for Mr. Michael Golden give him the claim number and Mr. Golden would then Notify the Prize Patrol and they would show up to my house with a camera crew so that it would be shown as a commercial. He then repeated what I had won only this time the monetary value had changed to 450,000. I, however, caught the slip up from 475,000. down to 450,000. so that defenatly told me it was a SCAM. Not to mention his Jamaican accent!

  • Oct 6, 2017

I received an email from Mr. Todd SLoane asking me for a lot of personal inforamtion so he could deliver a check I won from Publishers Clearing House. When I asked him why he needed this inforamtion, he simply replied that I needed to contact this person in the United Kingdom about deliver of my check and paperwork. He did have one sentence in the email that there would be a cost.

I did some research and found that winners in the Publishers Clearning House receive their payment in person and do not have to pay anything. When I asked Mr. Sloane about this, he did not respond.

Instead I received an email from the person in the United Kingdom telling me he had a check in the amount of $850,000,000 to deliver with some paperwork and all I had to do was pay a small fee....about $800 dollars. He goes on to say they could not withdraw the money from the winnings, I had to pay it before I would get the check.

Sounds like they are fishing for money!

I have received letters stating that I owed over $130 on merchandise I had been making payments on time.

I called and spoke to their PCH billing department - only to be told that they were going to send me a statement on products and payments they have on record.

After review and sending Department supervisor payments attached to my spreadsheet of payments I kept - I did not receive any response on my concerns of misapplied payments.

I received another letter by PCH explaining that my defective 2 plants ordered were going to be "n/a" or what they called credited, but they did not go over the concerns I had on my misapplied payments over time.

PCH has explained to me once before that my payments - as they are received - are applied to the latest - earliest items owed. I told them that I had been sending payments per item to make sure they were being applied on time. This was all seemed like joke by them - that they do not conduct their payments that way. I was floored to know that they did not follow regular account receivables / accounts payables procedures.

PCH advertises that you do not have to make any purchases to get any preference on bening selected as one of the Millions of dollars winners. However, in their adverstising - they do add to remarking - "You cart is empty, won't you consider ordering something..." They tend to make it seem obligatory with their comments although they deceptively say it does not matter. I find those procedures on their website very disturbing and someone needs to make them stop harassing people with those comments.

However, in reference to buying items on their website with a scroll of items to select - they adverstisel that anyone has a 4 payment plan and those procedures start after you recieve your items. However, I have been subject to crediting an item that was received on August 2017, without any consideration that I would have made payments on that item. In addition, the billing department neglected to apply credit to items already for payment and just to clear credit on an item like the Travelers tote just received on August 2017.

Today, I am being asked to pay over $70 on merchandise that should have all been already paid off.

PCH, continues to neglect to leave late charges to over 9 items at $4.50 each - totaling $40.50. Then there are credits from two plants that were defective - with applied payments totaling over $21. Not too mention, that I saw that an "Engraver" sent long ago and reported to them being returned - was never "n/a" and left to be paid over time.

Publisher Clearing House - offers merchandise in their website with offer to pay over time - but I have seen that the billing department do not know that payments are made once merchandise is recieved and not from the time merchandise was ordered. I have items that were ordered and were not sent until a month or two later - which the payments started before the next month due date. See. Billing department people are very limited on what they are able to see on a customers account - they only see payments and items, but not know when item was returned or if late charges are being applied. Well, they never tell you - but then send you a reminder that you end up calling them to correct and hope they actually corrected the mistakes made on the customers account.

Today is Sept 6, 2017 - and I have been communicating with PCH billing on the inaccuracies on my account items, but nothing has been down to correct their mistakes.

Till they get what is needed then disconnect you so u will never win. 2 million tokens and not one dime meanwhile. Taking up. Internet useage. That is how they do it true clearing house scammers.

  • May 31, 2017

I was sent the typical publishers clearing house awards so before you have to enter their contest you have to look through products that you might want to purchase (and that's where the scam starts)

While I was glancing through various products I happen to see some that I thought I might like to purchase if I were buying so I placed 2 items in my cart but I didn't proceed with the purchase I didn't go to the check out or confirm page I simply closed up the page thinking I might come back later and change or/ delete the whole thing.

However, to my surprise I was sent a congraulations letter saying that my products had shipped. I called the number on the page and told them how could you send out something without first having my permission to purchase it. I was then told "well we can offer you 50% off if you like to buy it" I said no I would rather just cancel it and not accept it when it comes to my house. I was then told "no you can't just not accept it you have to pay for the return it because it goes back to the warehouse and you would still be responsible for the billing because we don't have anyway of knowing it was returned"

I told the person I was speaking with I don't wish to pay for something that I didn't confirm I would pay for as I shop all the time online and I place things in my cart and the company may send me a letter to remind me things are still in my cart and at that time I have a choice to either pay and confirm or delete the item from my cart but NEVER have they sent me out an item that I hadn't confirm to pay for.

Then this person said "you had an opportunity to deny it before being sent because we sent you 3 notices" I then said "no you only sent me one notice and that was that the items had already been shipped I never gave you permission to send them period and I'm not going to pay for a return that I didn't say I was going to pay for this is a rip off scam and I'm going to report you to the rip off report and I want to speak to your supervisor" The person on the other end said that they were not there and that they would return the call in 2 business days.

I have sense deleted anything that comes from Publishers Clearing house as Junk so that it will never enter my email box again. These people are truly in the art of ripping people off and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I have been entering PCH since I was 18 years old, O am now 52 years old its not so much that I am guliable PCH makes it seem like yes you do have a chance to win, recently they offer a win win situation search with them you will win a prize, well they did sent me a check for ten dollars yes $10.00 very disturbing.

I have over 25 emails stating that I won the jackpot never recieved aything, The next thing is PCH states if you purchase items from them you will win as well, ok I took advantage of them and purchased a few items well a bit of things, now the are pressuring me to pay for the items.

I believe when I get rewarded for wasting my time with this ripoff company I will be able to afford to pay for the items.

This company is a total ripoff, people are suffering enough I have done research on most of the people the claim won especially here in Delaware the reports are false, I also check the route they claim to take when comong to Delaware the Flower Shop on RT 40 does not exist, shame on you greedy people and the people who work there as well.

We received a call from a Restricted Number. The gentleman identified himself as Todd Slone (this is how he spelled out his name to us.) He said that we had won $1.5 million from Publisher's Clearing House, and gave us an identification number [0075220/IL 6161-US]. Also, that we were eligible to receive it tax free but we needed to pay a fee to a lawyer, Mr. Deshaun Thomas of New York City, NY to process the paper work for us.

Then he said he would be coming by our house to pick up the fee in 30 minutes. And that he would be arriving in an 2017 Mercedes Benz.

We hope this will help stop these people, and keep them from preying on others.

People posing as Publishers Clearing House sent me a check for $6840.00 telling me to hurry up and call the number before I miss out. It also has a security code that I'm to provide once I call the number. On the bottom of the paper it also has a picture of a check from Chase Bank for $2 million dollars. And they're using big company names like AG Insurance, Walmart, JC Penney, Reader's Digest and Mega Millions Lottery.

I was called too, I knew from the beginning because I have never entered before and I kept them going forever just to get them to give me all their info. Here you go My supposed check #9613992443728 Winning ticket # 3750127872 Access # 116117 Package # 6227026511755243783 David white was the first person to talk to me. Then I was called back by Roger baker who gave me the "irs" person to whom I was supposed to send $350 to Her name is Dorothy Hart in Louisiana She is supposed to be the irs agent that will file the "winnings" with my state. The best part and my most favorite is that Roger baker kept saying that I needed to keep my winnings a secret until I had received the money. The first number that called me was 876-594-1269 & the second was 407-809-5504

As others have mentioned here, we too were victims of PCH Winner Scam! I play the PCH games and enter their sweepstakes daily. However, on September 16th 2016 when "Congratulations" popped up in 2" letters across the top of my computer screen in big red letters in all capital letters. I was so elated!!! I went to bed on cloud nine! The very next day, I received an email informing me that it all was a mistake and that they were sorry I received this "Congratulation Notice" because someone else was the winner instead of me. They claimed the announcement was sent only to me and not to anyone else. They claimed they entered me into a special contest in which they will draw 5 winners of $10,000. Of course, who knows if that happened but I do know I didn't win that either.

PCH has been in business around 60 years.

With that much business experience and tenure under your belt this should never have happened. I've been doing some research and it seems this has been happening to a lot of people. This sounds like a trend with your business.

I am very disappointed in your business. I have attached a copy of the email you sent me.

Michael Washington, claims he is the General Manager of Publishers Clearing House. He said that I have won $2.2 million dollars. Since I have not entered in to Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes, I am sure I have won nothing. His voice sounded creepy, not professional at all. [email protected]

I was told I won 100,000 from Pch said I would have to pay 1,500 to get the money, so I knew it was a scam. I need that money as I am on ss disability and it just covers my bills, so no Christmas for my grandkids again.

I've played PCH little sweeps solely because my grandfather did. It's just fun and to see him diligently play all those years was fun for me to see. He was straight as an arrow state police officer who gave all pride to its name and he was the kind of man that carried the respect it deserved and I've never again seen such a man in such a fitting position. His name happens to b Marshall haha ironic. He has his powerball tickets in file cabinets chronologically ordered by date. Each ticket he bought 2 each Wednesday for 40 years. What I'm trying to say is that for such a big company that promises such extreme rewards and places emphasis on its games more than its products, then it shouldn't be my sweet old gramps motivating my play. If so, then it wold be bad advertising because he's sharp as a tack and diligent as time and never won a single prize. It's a shame that they cant focus on what's really at stake because for them, it's gaining a customer base by promises of prizes not a quality product.

I'm just tired of the humiliation of being duped by the bright lights. I mean, I'm not hoping to beat the impossible odds but c'mon? They make a joke of the followers they have by exposing our weakness of hope. The sliver of a shot that will push any doubt of our teetering decision process between their product versus perhaps a similar one from a smaller company. That bit of fun and chance to win offers a harmless and seemingly free experience while ordering a needed item. The wrapping just seems too pretty and win win. But it's the wrapping in this story that deserves all the glory. I play. I asmit to the human gambling urge as well as make up the majority of us poor people that desire to be able to live struggle free. To receive health care that's kind and about health not money.

I've done the honest out of pocket in a world of greedy money billing the greedy money and all thst leaves is an object with human reponsibilities to provide human responses and that's impossible to do. I believe that this company has the right to promise rewards and to do intense advertising but I want to see them held accountable for its failure to provide more flare to the honering of its rewards and it's products. The facr that this very site has thousands of complaints on little loopholes that have been the PCH checkmate move forever, doesnt anyone think that pch should be held to higher creponsibilities to addrest these so-called little mistakes? Such a big promise of big money and yet they have no winner yet, but thousands of oops, wereally sorry. It's just cruel to gain business by targeting the hardworking, middle class by offering a fun way to order their products but are they covering up bad products with a fancy wrapping paper made of high hopes and trick? It's not an equal ratio of promise to fulfillment of promise. No frill and bows on winners cuz the attention would be bad. They want just enough winnets in tiny rewards thst no one looks deeper into the legal loopholes that are the real game we play at PCH. Of course it's a scam and they know it. If anyone asks about fake claims....no brainer!

PCH never claims any real winners and when I see newsbreaKS of the lady at the door droppin her towel as they show up with a big check? Well let's just say, someone win's set for life and also for their heir too, it's the kind of money that receives attention by itself so I won't be wondering and neither would anyone else. It's not a prize they plan to ever offer and only thing set for life is the fact that this impossible prize Will be an impossible prize to millions who never got a fair shot. That's all we want and when they take that from us by making the game a s**t show before it plays then it's deliberate dishonest marketing with lousy products and the real game is a play on the very ones they are claiming loyalty to. A joke of the hardworking.how bout a big bright bunch of guys jump out with a quality product I paid for and a company happy as s**t for my business. Attention where it pays off and I'll toast a glass of champagne. Sure I'd give you that pch, otherwise your no longer worth the time of day from me and any other attempt to reach me would be no less than a deliberate slap to the face. I hope your empire falls ease of its fake facade, perhap's your nest egg super prize fund will be enough to coverify your bankrupt company and compensate your employees that can't even play but still live on your lying asses signing their checks. Wow that's a gamble worse than mine. Good luck! U really could be the next big winner!!!

I recieved an email announcing I am the winner of PCH VIP Grand Prize Winner of $10,000. I have a screen shot of this. I open this email after 12am. The whole night I believed that I am the winner along with all the emotions of joy of winning the amount of $10,000.00. I then received another email saying that it was a mistake and I did not win and that someone else was the actual winner. It also indicated that actions to prevent this happening again. The Internet has numerous incidents just like mine and one goes back 5 years prior. I was given opportunity to be enter in a special drawing where 5 $10,000.00 winners will be drawn which never happen. If I did not win a 50,000 tokens will be added to my token Balance. This is like losing $10,000. I am still very upset and angry about this. How can this be allowed to continue happening to people.

Dec.30, 2016

I too received an e-mail saying I had won $10,000. I was beyond excited. Later I received another e-mail saying it was a mistake and it was meant for some guy in San Jose. (I saved the mail) I too was told I would be entered in a special sweepstakes for $10,00 for only 5 people. That person was never listed on the recent win list. The post above was offered 50,000 tokens! HA! I have "won" over 20,000,000 tokens and have not won even $10. I was also told a person with my initials would definitely win in my town. That would be news here. I do hope someone follows through with a class action suit. I would but I am 85, can't drive and funds are very limited. PS Their P&H charges are way out of sight. I learned that lesson fast.

On September 17 2016 i was informed by publishers clearing house that i has won $10,000 dollar prize. The same day they emailed me a letter saying they made an error and someone else from San Jose won it. and they were sorry it had happen.Pch said they would give me an oppertunity to get 5 entrys into another offer. which i never saw them give me that other offer. Im 62 years old impaired and pch telling me i won $10,000 made my day cause i was going to pay off all of my debts.I was truely dissappointed that i didnt win this and since they told me i didnt they lost me forever. to me this is cheating me out of an oppertunity to pay my debts. It just not fair. i want to get in on the class action if i can find it. and hope we win and teach pch to stop cheating it customers all the time. you never win money from this company its not real.i have no faith in them anymore

Do you realize how many people dream of that knock on the door or that all important email from PCH, telling you that out of millions of people, your name was pulled by computer and you were going to be, a little less poor? I was that someone. But a short time later, I received an email from Emily Johnson, customer service mgr of PCH, telling me that another persons name from San Jose, Ca had been the winner, but due to "human error ", my name was mistakenly listed as winner. The first words out of my mouth was, "WHAT!". How can such a thing happen? How does a computer choose one name and another name, just one name out of, say, 20 billion, is announced as winner of one of their online contest for $10,000? I have the email, and many more from her, as my proof.

The email address came from PCH. Emily Johnson is the manager of PCH. I called to verify. When I responded, the email went to her. Believe me on My God, I wish it wasn't, because if it wasn't my entire world wouldn't feel like it's collapsing around me. When I wrote to Ms. Johnson, she apologized that this had happened. To make it up to me, she offered to enter my name into another contest . I asked in my mind- That's going to make me happy? Another drawing where I would be 1 against 20billion? She said that if I won, I'd get $10,000 and everyone else would get 50,000 tokens. I told her that only one thing would make things better, and that was the $10,000 dollars. Life hasn't been that great lately, but I am a retired minister and I know that my mobile home would be considered a palace to so many in America or third world countries. I have a movement disorder due to one too many hits to the head by my ex back in 1978-80.

I move like a puppet being manipulated by a sadistic puppeteer. My gas stove broke 1 1/2 yrs ago and I can't afford to fix it. My ceiling is coming down in two places, because Disability doesn't pay for fixing teeth, I had to have three teeth pulled ( with Denta-Cal, one needs to have thousands to do work, the only other option is to pull them, and two teeth are in front. My father, before he died in May, got me two top mattresses. I sink in really deep into the center of the bed due to no support. I have always lived with humility, but when I was told that ms. Johnson later offered me 50,000 tokens to make me feel better, I wanted to scream. I have all the emails that went between ms. Johnson. My heart is broken from the actions of such a cold individual. I even downed myself for wanting these necessities. But how can she think I'd be happy with 50,000 tokens when I don't have what so many have. The ability to cook, the ability to not have the rain pour down in my living room and bathroom, or the ability to smile because my country doesn't see the need for someone who has worked all their life, to smile, because of teeth missing.

I am just so hurt because of her callousness. I even asked her when I made this incident public, what would her bosses think of her belittling such an uplifting experience it had been, and the tremendous loss of faith I had with this employee of PCH. She acted like they wouldn't care either. I can't & I won't try to understand someone with such a cold heart and a lapse of what life was like for so many. I am a retired minister and my faith in God Stands Great. I just think that I would like an attorney to stand up for justice through a class action suit against this woman and PCH, for having her treat their clientel so badly and hiring her to be that way. The emails speak for themselves and can not be unwritten. I will make emails available to anyone who ernestly needs to have them in order to help.

I have been unemployed since December 2015. The Internet Scammer, PCH Publishers Clearing House, initially contacted me perhaps in response to my CVs, submitted to prospective employers on internet. Initially they offered lotteries, rewards of $5000 per month for ever. I never subscribed. Then they started to demand to make payment against the bogus outstanding bill ofitems Slice Right and Flex Seal,; whereas, how is it possible that an unemployed person, availing foodstamps from NJ Government will purchase $33.43 goods from these scammers.

At first, they sent me a notice to pay the outstanding bill of $33.43, now, sending a Delinquency Notice,
