So my college age daughter goes on line to find pricing to move her car back to college. She hires a broker who lines up PTHE Transporters LLC (the actual trucking company that picks up and moves the car).
They were late. They never called. They never let us know they were running late. They took 6 days for a two day trip.
They dinged the car both on the driver side door and on the hood. We believe the door was opened into another car. We believe the truck driver used my daughters car to run from the truck stop to a restaurant or to run some other task not wanting to move the truck.
THERE WERE OVER 70 MILES ON THE CAR THAT WERE NOT ACCOUNTED FOR AND NO MILES WERE RECORDED ON THE BILL OF LADING (illegal DOT conduct).
Needless to say my daughter was not happy with Ogden Rainey the truck driver and company owner (very small company with only one RAM pickup and a 3 car trailer. When she saw the other two cars on the trailer they were new cars (two Lexus small SUV's).
This guy only has $100,000 in Cargo insurance so he was moving cars without having enough insurance. (we found this out later by looking him up on the FMCSA website).
So when this ultra unprofessional (black owner of company) truck driver delivers my daughters car at 1am in the morning - ridiculous hour to deliver a car to a young woman at night, my daughter was even more upset. When she saw the damage to her door and hood she was even more upset.
SO NO TIP. She didn't want to pay the full amount of the transport either but the driver threatened to drive off with her car and hide it in some storage yard until she paid his fee. So to avoid storage fees she paid the full amount.
When the driver told my daughter she was a racist my daughter gave him the finger word - (she was in her car driving out when she did that - I don't recommend this to anyone). Ogden whipped out his male member and said "cracker b*tch".... "fu#@K this".... and "here is your tip..... suck on this". If only a police officer saw this conduct.
Disgusting conduct from a disgusting excuse for a man. If I was there I would have punched him in the face - made a citizens arrest and detained him until the police arrive.

We also found out that a dealership in Wilbur, WA is still waiting for payment for a car he damaged back in March of 2018. YES - HE DAMAGED A CAR AND RAN FROM ALL RESPONSIBILITY..... JUST LIKE HE DINGED UP MY DAUGHTERS CAR.
I was so mad at what this idiot did to my daughter I called a friend who knew a "broker" who helped us look up this company and find the dirt on this guy. We were told he is under insured. My daughter said he didn't have any markings on his truck (so he is flying under the radar - probably to avoid taxes). We will never use the broker my daughter found because they never checked out this truckers history. I MOVE AUTO was the name of that broker.
