Placed an order when they had a 50% sale at the end of Oct. Wait through the process and shipping times and finally emailed the company twice in November with no response from then. I saw on instagram they were shipping orders out so I became hopeful that mine would be included in that so I waited once again. Finally I went through PayPal to contact the seller and still no reply but I was able to get a refund after filing a dispute. It was only $14.60 but I'm sure they are making hundreds off the people they rip off with these small amounts. Sad that they are still advertising their productw. I will always google any online boutiques now.
Placed an order in July 2015, it is 11/27/15 and still have not received my complete order. I ordered 2 shirts and a sweat suit, I got 1 shirt in October then the other in Nov, I have yet to receive my sweat suit. I have emailed the owner Rory Span numerous times but nothing has been done...... The clothing is of cheap quality. When I did get my shirts you could see the glue all over the zipper! Wish I had saw the reviews before I ordered..
THIS SITE IS FRADULENT!!!!! I ordered from this online store on August 22nd 2015. After a week of no updates I emailed Rory Spann to check the status of my order. He told me that due to a bad storm order was delayed but that I would receive my tracking info the next day. Fast forward 3 days later, I contacted Rory Spann again asking abt my order still using the storm as an excuse. So I go online to see that Rory Spann was offering current sales on items and still promoting his online store. So I reached out again, livid at which time I threated to report to the better business bureau, at which time Rory Spann offered me a $25 gift with my order and a tracking number same day. That was on Tuesday September 15th 2015 today is Friday September 18th and still no merchandise nor response to my last email. BEWARE OF THIS SITE IT IS A RIP OFF!!! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND MERCHANDISE. I WILL MOVE FORWARD TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW TO MAKE SURE RORY SPANN IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS TACTICS.
I saw Psychotic Legend on The Shade Room being promoted. They had a sale and I thought I would give them a go since I support small businesses to the fullest. I ordered $260.00 worth of clothing from them. That was June 25th. Mind you, I am in Afghanistan, BUT!!!!!! I know how long it takes for my things to get here when I order them. A full month went by (July 25th) and I had yet to receive a tracking number. I sent an email to them. After I sent the email, I received a tracking number.... FOR ONE ITEM. They did not ship everything in bulk like I ordered, but piece by pieces. One moment I will receive 2 items, and then the next, 3 or maybe 4. ALL IN A SPAN OF 3 months!!!! I received my final item in September after placing the order in June. I will NEVER order from this business again!! Then they had the nerve to keep re-promoting sales when they have not fulfilled sales they already had!!! ALSO!!!! LET'S NOT FORGET!!!!! When I received my clothing, the barely fit well and they looked like cheap, ironed on designs. I sleep in the items because I would not dare wear them out!
On July 26, I ordered two items from Psychotic Legend via their website. The website clearly states that all orders will be processed from their warehouse within 5-10 working business days. It should be noted that Psychotic Legend received payment from my credit card on July 26, 2015. On August 13, 2015 I sent Psychotic Legend an email asking about the status of my order. I received an email stating someone would contact me within 24 hours. I didn't hear anything from the company the next day so again I sent an email asking for more information and if there was a problem with the order, I would like a refund credited to the credit card where they withdrew payment. On August 13, 2015 I received an email from Rory Spann, stating that he could cancel my order and give me a store credit. I was livid! He never responded to my inquiries regarding payment yet his first response is to cancel an order that apparently never existed and offer me a store credit with a company that is operating under deceptive business practices. I immediately told him I wanted to know the status of the order and I would rather have a refund because I was not happy with the service that I received thus far. Several emails back and forth Mr. Spann then states that he will ship my order out the next day, which would be August 14, 2015. I was shocked to say the least. His response went from, "we can cancel your order and issue a store credit" to "we're shipping it out tomorrow." I asked Mr. Spann would I receive tracking information and his response was, "yes ma'am." August 14, 2015 I emailed Mr. Spann again and asked him if the order was shipped. I have email records that state on August 14, 2015 at 4:48 pm he stated, "we are doing so right now." Days went by and still no package or shipping information. I reached out again via email inquiring about my order and I was ignored. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau immediately after. I then receive an email from Rory Spann on August 20,2015 asking me why would I file a complaint because he is a new company trying to make it and could I remove my complaint. On this same day, I received another email stating my order has been shipped. This time is says that the order is being shipped by "other". So again there is no way to verify that my order has been shipped. Why would he be "resending" my order if he had sent it on August 14, 2015 the first time he claimed he was sending it out?? He never sent it on August 14 nor did he send it our on August 20th. Again, I sent Rory Spann another email asking him to just refund my money because I was tired of dealing with a deceitful company. In addition, I don't think it's ethical or legal for that matter for him to just take my money with the intention of not sending what I paid for. I paid for two items and didn't receive them, the owner has lied to me several times and all I want is my money back and he all communication between him and I will cease. I advised Mr. Spann that it is my intention to contact the department who issued his business license and file a complaint there as well. I am not going to sit back and allow Rory Spann or any other employees at Psychotic Legend to steal people's money with no accountability. Buyer Beware, please don't patronize this business and spread the word about their deceptive business practice! To date, I still have not received my items.
