I have been fighting for years to get my money. THEY ARE FRAUDS. I have filed to have my credit card removed and they have stolen my money and I need a help to rectify this situation.
First of all, I believe no one can predict your future better than you because no one else knows your life or you better than you. That being said, sometimes it's nice to talk to someone about life etc in a positive supportive way.
This company however is preying on those in need by overcharging. They round up calls that are even a couple of seconds over to the next highest minute resulting in overcharging. Over the past two years, I just found out that they have overcharged me hundreds of dollars. Who wants to join a class action lawsuit against them?
I am a disgruntled customer who will very much be in the process of getting in touch with my attorney general against this company for misrepresentation and fraudulent activity and offering no compensation. I will also start the process registering with the Consumer Protection Agency first along with getting a petition going to shut their services down for claiming to be the number one place for "accurate” readings and allowing their so called hired psychics to call themselves "oracles, psychics and people who give accurate readings and also because they have blocked me from contacting them to discuss why my prediction didn’t happen after they took a vast amount of $ from me to only block me from leaving them feedback on such and not answering my emails on such. However, if this company compensates me for my anxiety, anguish and money, I will retreat and walk away for good.
I tried exhaustive measures of contacting them and finally a representative, one of whom was Eugena, on December 8, 2018 to get a mailing address on the company. As she said in a tunnel like tone (probably in some room) no one ever "axed” her this question, she kept me on hold for 10 minutes not being able to furnish me with a concrete address for me to write you directly. She did give me a Tampa Florida location along with a zip code. With that I went in on my own to find the address listed as a "factitious” name whatever that means with the address above to which I write. She was quite defensive, wouldn’t let me speak, and was not someone I would consider examplatory of representing a sound and just company.
This is what I found when I plugged in her information. The company's filing status is listed as Active and its File Number is G09070900139.The company's principal address is 10722 Cory Lake Drive, Tampa, FL 33647. I tried to go in and see what I spent (thank goodness I copied this information before on the advisors I am specifically going after for restitution) in the past and not only will the company not take my calls anymore after telling me there is nothing they can do for me, but they have blocked me from getting into the site and viewing my records. They use a company called Click for Advisor to collect payment. You pay $20 up front (you have no choice to do lower) and I didn’t mind at the time because the advisors at the time, namely Elva Jade, Valentina Rose, Natural Born Psychic John, Dee White owl, Blessed Spirt all seemed pretty good. When I told them that my ex didn’t return in their timeframe period, I got, "well freewill kicks in and that changes things”, but if they were true psychics, they would know there way around freewill. I used these people for over 6 months and they didn’t know about this freewill? Natural Born Psychic John did.
I am reporting him for sexual harassment. He asked me out on the phone and made comments to me that were not appropriate for what I wanted to talk to him about on my dime no less. The company was not interested in what I had to say when I reported all these people for blocking me and said they don’t get involved with that aspect and let the readers do what they want. I always left these people good feedback at the time because I believed in their so called truisms when in actuality it was just a 50/50 shot deal that they would be correct. The main question ALWAYS was regarding an ex that they all told me would be back at a certain time and when that time fell through, they all got defensive and then blocked me from any further communication or further readings. Blessed Spirit told me that a man who owed me a lot of money would not pay it back and he has been consistently making steady payments each month! Valentina Rose told me a jewelry box would sell and it didn’t, told me my ex would return for 6 months continually and he is still not back! She blocked me after asking me why I didn’t leave her 5 star feedback. When I told her it was because her predictions didn’t come true in a very nice way, she blocked me. And what the heck does this have to do with "entertainment purposes only” when advisors treat you like this? Lying to you, giving you anxiety, sexually harassing you, bating and switching, offering no compensation for money rendered to name a few? Whenever I ask a reader about the entertainment purposes only statement, their pat answer is, "oh don’t worry on that, we have to say it for semantics, but we are the real deal”.
When you call the company number for psychic power network, a rep will struggle to give you a mailing address for the company and one named Eugena was very rude with me when I asked and said, no one has ever AXED me that before sorry. I told her while she spoke with me that advisors blocked me when I emailed them via the system asking them why their prediction fell through, sexually harassed me, blocked me also because I wouldn’t leave them 5 star ratings that they emailed me on to make me feel bad and even worse to block me for after laying out tons of money to them! The company will no longer take my calls for compensation when I leave a message. They don’t even offer you an email adderess. You have to go to the site itself and put your information in in hopes they will get in touch with you. These people have a nice set up where they prey on the souls of people who are hurting, lonely and really need a professional therapist to assist them. I found out directly from the horse’s mouth that the readers are not tested for accuracy, but on their site they blatently claim they are the number one site for accuracy! That in itself is fraudulent. Would I be writing this hear if that were true.
I have written a letter to a company address I found myself online with the little information Eugena gave me on their location through the white page online. If they respond in kind to me, I will come back here and update that they have taken care of the problem. If not, I will be coming back in full force, in going after justice! I have spent thousands of dollars on this site, and I want justice, not some stupid, pat answer of, "for entertainment purposes only”. If it were for entertainment purposes only, they would not need to charge a fee now, would they? How nice it is to charge people a fee, claim to be something you are not and get away with it. I don’t think so! Some people are alone in this world not having family and they are hurting. When you come to a place that claims to have "number one accuracy", you expect it, right? These people should get away with taking my money (and alot of it) for telling me something that didn't happen for a year and even now, never? How nice it would be if all of us were crooks and could just take people's money and be wrong. How do these people sleep at night? They are nothing short of psychopaths not psychics!
