Prudence Zullo and Mario Zullo hired us in 2011 to care for their swimming pool, month after month we ccontinued to clean their swimming pool, 4 visits per month, scrubbing, netting, vacuuming, adding and paying for chemicals, we invoiced them once per month. After a few months we began calling to inquire about payment. ALL PHONE CALLS WERE IGNORED! We sent a lien notice, IGNORED. We filed a lien on the property, IGNORED. We filed a small claims action, IGNORED.
We have obtained a civil judgment against Ms. Prudence Zullo for $990.67 plus annual compounded interest until paid in full. Additionally, we have also filed an 'abstract of lien' with the County of Riverside, and have recently located the house Prudence is renting and will be filing a creditor-debtor examination with the court. If she fails to show to this hearing rest assured a bench warrant will be issued.
We received a notice on 7/8/13 the residence located 3015 Juniper Dr., Corona owned by Prudence A Zullo and Mario D Zullo had a notice of trustee's sale. Meaning they didnt pay the bank loan # xx75 either.
