I have done numerous auctions with these folks. They won't describe condition, give sizes of items, if its broke, nasty, they don't tell you. When you complain that they aren't being honest they merely block you from there auctions. Bought items that need combos or keys and there is none. Even when they say they have them. Want to give you a partial or no refund. Don't test their items or make it appear that they work. Won't tell you about smoked items or if the house is nasty. Have stuffed items at their warehouse for auctions and don't spray for bed bugs. I was told because I am trying to hold them accountable for there mistakes that I am a trouble maker and no longer allowed to bid. They are 30 percent of my items for my small business every month.
Now I lose assets and sales. Instead of fixing the problem they always " don't know or pass the buck". Items are pictured wrong and its confusing.
They are not an honest auction house. Sold me things that don't work, stained, broken, missing parts and expected to keep my mouth shut and eat the loss. I have been doing business a long time. They cover their own people but will not look out for the consumer. For reasons of potential lawsuit that I'd like to file or recoupe losses of items as not described I can't get into further detail at this time. If want to lose your money then bid with them. Here is what happened, and i will let you decide!, I bidded on a watch, and won. I paid immediately. A month goes buy, and I do not receive it. I put in a complaint asking where my watch was, and they emailed 2 days later and said it was shipped priority mail and it should be there in a day or two. I was fine with that. I received the wrong watch. It was not even close to what was described. I am thinking that is what took so long to ship, they probably spent a month looking for a replacement. I emailed Proxibid, and they asked that I send pictures of what i received. I took 5 professional photos of the watch i did receive and emailed it to them. I then received an email from Proxibid 3 days later, that says I have to go an get and pay for a professional Appraiser to appraise the incorrect watch. I had 5 days to send them the appraisal of the watch to prove it was the wrong one from the picture? Am I living in the twilight zone? I ask them why do i have to pay for an appraisal when I sent you pictures and i am the one that received the wrong watch. They emailed me back stating it is in the terms and agreement.
