I purchased a set of head lights, I had them for a few months befor installing them due to work travel. Approximately 30 days after installation one of the main brackets that holds the light in place cracked and broke, allowing the unit to fall forward as well as the beam of light. I emailed Pro Tuning Labs and aprised them of the issue, The told me that the product only has a 30 day warrenty and that there was nothing that they can do. As a consumer who shops a lot on the internet, and a company owner, I feel that companies should sell products that they can stand behind and NOT fall back on something as petty as a 30 day warrenty as an out, knowing that a part should last long past the warrenty. If they ar unwilling to carry quality products then they should be honest enough to say so.. Though we all know that will never happen. So be warned!!

IFRAUD ALERT! THEY ARE INCOMPOTENT!!!!!

I placed an order with ProTuningLab in dispute with credit card company when this company would not refund/accept return of the product ordered on 12/24/2015.

The initial order was three items, for 719.94. One of those items was back ordered and I was refunded 277.98.

I then placed the original amount in dispute with Credit Card co because they would not accept return of the items. After many hours on hold with 20 calls and email communication with the company. They finally agreed to take the items back after I refused to accept the items shipment.

They agreed to provide a full refund if I would accept the package and then return the item and if I paid the return shipping, which I did. I sent these items back and communicated to them they had been shipped on Jan 12th with a refund due for 280 which they agreed the product had arrived and to provide full refund.

On Jan 18 they aemailed me asked to close the credit card dispute so that they would not receive the charges back for the items, which I did close with Discover.

I had not received a refund on1/29 and contacted them, they said their accounting need verification I had closed the dispute. I sent a copy of the email from Discover of the closed dispute.

On Feb 9 I contacted then again with the arrival of my Discover statement and no refund. They return an email stating I received a refund of 277.98 for the light I had return. I emailed to them that was for the item that was on back order not the items I returned. They stopped contacting me and have refised to refund fro the lights sent back.

As of 2/27/2016 No refund for the items i sent back and many emails with no answer.

WARNING ! Do not close your dispute before you get the refund, the credit card companies will not help you if you close the dispute and still haeve no refund! My CC is finally placing this back into dispute. I returned the item costing 280.98 and now tPROTUNING are refusing to refund the payment.

"Not a good company to do business with and I never will again nor recommend anyone to do so.They have no compassion for my unfortunate situation!

They shipped the product (headlights) and I informed them immediately of my 2003 X5 that was totaled in an accident (not my fault either) and I needed to ship the unopened box back. They informed me I had to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Not acceptable to me so I will keep these headlights and just sell them on line to get rid of them!I will only shop on Amazon in the future where my purchases are protected and not do business with uncaring businesses!" Have a heart ProTuningLab and don't be so cruel to your customers!
