Over the past few years we have been getting a notice from Sherman Acquisition Limited Partnership about a debt of 6476.12. I have tried to send letters back and call this place. I got though one time a few years ago. I asked where the dept came from. Not one person could tell me.
They said they cent certified letters stating where the dept is from. Which I never seen. Today we get a foreign judgment from another group Protas, Spivok &Collins, LLC stating they are filing judgement in our local court. How can we stop this from happening.
I have pulled credit reports just a month ago and not one thing about this showed up.
