Let me clarify "Defamation" for you

Well, Key Board Warrior, provide proof of your claims - otherwise this is defamation as noted in the Statues of Alberta link below. I have only sold one horse in the last 2 or 3 years and I actually sold her for 30 % less than what I had bought her for 18 months earlier - and I can provide proof of that with the bill of sale for both transactions. I sold the horse honestly, drug free and with full disclosure of why I was selling the horse. I have bought 3 horses in the last 2 years and those horses are still with me - I paid mid low to mid five figures for all of them, and I have the bill of sale for all of those horses, the pre purchase exam including radiographs which shows that they are all healthy and veterinary records to show that they have had regular veterinary, chiropractic and farrier care. I have remained in contact with all of the sellers so they will testify that the transactions and bill of sale were professional, honest and forthright. They will also testify that the horses continue to be in excellent health and receive outstanding care. Industry professionals (veterinarians, farriers, equine body workers, chiropractors ) involved with my horses will provide testimony that I provide top care to all of my horses and will provide detailed records of care and invoices for their services for each of the horses. These are show horses, which must provide supervised urine or blood samples upon demand, so they can not have any drugs in their system.

Show your bill of sale that proves that I purchased your horse, show pictures of this horse and I'm going to be really excited when you show proof that I sold it for $30.000 because that is money that I'm looking forward to in my bank account! Call forward everyone that I was involved in these horse sales you claim - they would all have to have a bill of sale, because it is required for breed registration and for EC sport licenses. Bring forward your proof, I'm eagerly looking forward to it. Let's really get my scandalous business practices out into the open once and for all.

"Defamation refers to harming another person’s reputation by making a false written or oral statement about that person to a third party. Defamation law is not about protecting pride; it is about protecting reputation and offering restitution to people whose reputations have been wrongly damaged. Although courts will very occasionally issue an injunction to stop defamation that has not yet occurred, almost all defamation cases involve one person suing another for damages from defamatory statements that have already been made.....If you are suing for libel in Canada, you do not need to prove that you suffered damages—you only need to prove that a false statement with a permanent record was made about you to a third party, and the court will presume that damages were suffered. If you are suing for slander, however, you usually do need to prove that damages were suffered". If you would like clarification on the Defamation Act for Alberta, here is the link; http://www.qp.alberta.ca/documents/Acts/D07.pdf Let's settle this in court - and if you think you can remain safely hidden behind this site, you are mistaken. I will also claim all of my legal costs in the suit. Chat soon !
