Property Proze Corporation will hire vendors and have them complete work orders on the due date and then they will give excuses as to why they can't pay you the money that is owed to you. They will blame the banks and say that they are doing charge backs for work that was never completed correctly when the orders were completed the exact way it was suppose to be. Melissa and Robert Davis currently owes me about $4,278 dollars and I was only paid $612.00 and was told the rest was in chargebacks. The excuse was given to us due to the fact that she does not want to pay us our money for which these work orders were completed well over 2 months ago. Now, I am in a situation where I cannot pay any of my bills and asking my landlord for an extension due to this company playing with my money. I will be suing this company for all of my money because all work was done and not paid out. She will also lock you out of the account so that you have no evidence of the work completion or proof of how much she owes you. Please do not work for this company. If any one knows of a good lawyer in the Tampa Area please let me know, My neighbor is a lawyer and she will be taking this case but i need to know how many more cases that are out there. Thanks
