Property Management Pros of Jacksonville and South Florida are a SCAM, FRAUDS AND THIEVES. The management company charges the home owners for FAKE reapirs so they can get the money. They charged me 499.00 to pressure wash my driveway, pressuring washing such a small area should never cost more than 100.00 however, the managemnet contract says they need approval for reparis over 500.00 and lucky for them the pressure washing of a small driveway cost 499.00. I was also chargedd for numerous repairs (all under the 500.00 threshold) that actually were NEVER done,
I have statements from the renters of my home at the time confirmning the management company never made ANY repairs to the home and created fradulant charges. I also have records that the property manger was in my home multiple times withiut authorization and gave my keys out to random people, the home was left in move in conditon and have well documents videos and photos only for me to unexpectly visit the properrty and it had been damanged on the inside again, all an attempt to charge me for "repairs".
