This Company is a scam. I sent them 10,300 for a Miner that has since been delayed. They advised in the beginning if the miner would be delayed they would fully refund the amount sent. First they tried to point me to T.O.S denying they refund even though I have an email from them stating they would refund.
After they ask to prove they said it and I sent them a copy of the email, they claimed they had to cancel and wait for confirmation from the manufacturer. They asked me for my bank information to send the refund, and claimed it would be by early next week. That was in September.
The manufacturer has since issued refunds for the miner because of the delay, and when I contacted the manufacturer they stated they never heard of this company, nor did they receive any orders from them.
Prominerz.com then sent me an email stating they would keep my refund after they supposedly receive it back from the manufacturer because I called them a scam on line for not refunding me like they said they would.
Prominerz sent me an email claiming it's a crime to call them a scam on line and that it hurts their business so they will not be refunding my money because Swiss law allows that. We will see how true this is in the weeks and months to come.
I have also reported to the authorities an email I received from them what looks to be possible customs fraud. I have reported this scam to my local police department, IC3 which is the F.B.I, econsumer.gov, and will be sending a report to the Cantonal Police of Zürich next week.

I was also shown a post from a friend where Prominerz makes derogatory remarks about the manufacturer possibly hurting their reputation online, the same thing they alleged that I have done to them, yet they have no problems doing it to other actually verified businesses.
hello in March 2019 i bought asi Grin 32-500 from Prominerz.com til now we still waiting for refund and new I have no any more access in to my account, I write a lot of mail but no answer from them, please any one who is my situation can tell me how and where we can apply for refund this money 6600 dolars.thanks
I purchased an A6+ miner from them on 5/30/2021. The total was just over $2900.
Since then, they have replied to no emails and no support tickets. Upon looking into things further, seems they are on a scamming spree. Negative reviews are popping up everywhere and all with the same story. No one replies to emails and/or tickets. I used Coinbase to pay and they have been notified of the scam and are investigating. I contacted the Swiss authorities. Seems Prominerz has started a lot of scam companies under the name "Stoffel" that are no where to be found. A report has been filed with the FBI cyber crimes also.
Their phone number does not work. Their address is a lie. But I am slowly finding more out daily to help investigators bust these scammers. Judging from all the people they have scammed, I'm guessing they have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from people like me. More can be found on the ProminerzScam.com website.
