Hello, I really need help into finding out what has happened to my money, the testing date that I have been waiting for since back in 2020. I have called many times to these numbers listed, not one person has helped me find my application or the money that I have paid for back in 2020 out of my bank with it will show in these supporting documents I am attaching in this email. When I called they said they are not finding me in the system at all but the proof is I have done my application at least 3 times online, was lockout a few times since covid-19 began.
I have attached files showing that I have been contacting your Prometric offices for a test date or just refunding my money back into my account. I have waited over two years with no one contacting me with an update on this application. Also my mailing address - is Po Box 556 Valdosta Ga 31603 I am working out of state with family. By the way, the last file will show that someone went into my application and put the word dummy in the name area, also put some numbers in the year or payment area.

Prometrics FLACNA Prometrics I applied and paid $155.00 for a Cna exam in Florida with Prometrics. I then found out I have a current Cna already in Al. I requested a refund before the background check and Test date was scheduled. When I asked for a refund , Jordan whom stated he sent me a response the 6th of June in fact had not responded to any of my emails, when I finally insited I speak to an actual person they were awful. I was told my refund was denied because of their policy, but failed to share with me the exact policy that states this. The refund policy I read on their page states cancellations happening before the test is scheduled are refundable, but still they denied mine.
On May 4,2017 I went online and applied to take the Cna test in Florida with Prometrics, I planned to transfer it over to Alabama, the State I live and work in. I was notified by Al that my Cna had already transferred here in 02....oops my bad! I had read the refund policy prior to paying the $155.00 fee and as long as I cancelled before the test date I would receive a full refund. Two weeks later I contacted them via refund request on their website, they sent a confirmation that stated they received my request and in 7 to 10 days I would receive my refund......or so I thought. From the 24th 0f May to the 9 th day of June with many attempts to contact someone....anyone in person that could help me figure out the status of my refund I was told by "Jordan" ( rude arrogant and no customer service manners at all) he sent me an email on the 6th ( he had not and my email history proves it ;) ) Sent me an Email dated the 9th that he added a copy of the 6th to, but that email has still never made it to my inbox. My refund request was denied. Wow. So all this company has done for me is accepted a $155.00 payment ( that I paid online) for a test I do not need and they are not going to refund my money. Sorry but that is stealing . I could understand a processing fee, even a penalty percentage for requesting a refund, but the entire $155.00 . This is a company with shady practices and false policies that they themselves do not follow!!! Help!!
